A: eBay offers uy It Nowto allow sellers to sell an item for a fixed price. If I have put a uy It Nowprice on an item, you can use that to stop an auction early. If that feature has not been used by me for an auction, I will not end the auction early. Q: Why did you cancel my bid? A: If your bid was canceled, you have either: A. A negative feedback rating, or B. Not paid for an auction in a past dealing with me and I will therefore not deal with you again. I rarely cancel a bid on any of my auctions. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SHIPPING QUESTIONS Q: Do you combine shipping costs? A: I am more than happy to combine shipping. For all auctions, you can figure out what the shipping charge is for one of the items by using the eBay shipping calculator provided on every auction page in the hippingsection of the listing (below the description area). I will be happy to add up all the auctions you are interested in if you just tell me what the auctions are (provide description of item and/or auction #) and give me the zip code to which the items will be shipped. I will then reply back with your total shipping cost. Q: What shipping carrier do you use? A: I use the United States Postal Service unless specified otherwise in very rare cases. For rate information, check them out HERE! I am shipping from zip code 07052. Q: Do you ship outside of the US? A: Yes. For all auctions, you can figure out what the shipping charge is for the item by using the eBay shipping calculator provided on every auction page in the hippingsection of the listing (below the description area). Of course, feel free to contact me with any questions regarding rates. However, please note that as I only accept Paypal as payment with a confirmed address, I might not be able to accept Paypal as a form of payment from you if you reside in another country. Check Paypal for details. Q: Will you mark the customs label as "Gift" when shipping my item (applicable to buyers outside the US only)? A: No. I will fill out the customs label as it is supposed to be filled out. If this means you will have to pay custom fees on your end, please consider this before bidding, but I will not attempt to commit customs fraud by marking an item as a gift when shipping it internationally. The value on the customs label will be representative of whatever the ending bid price of the auction is. Q: Will you send the item with insurance or delivery confirmation? A: All auctions are shipped automatically with Delivery Confirmation. In addition to that, I can send the item with whatever extras you would like, however, it is at your expense. I will be happy to add the cost of any extra to your total shipping amount so long as you request it prior to payment being made. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PAYMENT QUESTIONS Q: What forms of payments do you accept? A: I will accept payment in a variety of methods. Please feel free to pay with a Money Order, Cashier Check, or if you feel safe doing so, you may send me cash. I also use the online payment service, PayPal. If paying with Paypal, you MUST provide a confirmed address for me to ship your item to. If you are attempting to pay with an unconfirmed address, your payment will be blocked and you will be unable to pay with Paypal. You must first confirm your address with Paypal or provide payment via another acceptable means. This is in accordance with the Paypal Seller Protection Policy. Check Paypal for additional details. Q: What exactly is PayPal? A: Paypal is a service that allows you to pay for an auction with your credit card, bank account, or balance in your Paypal account, and allows me to accept that payment without having the ability to normally accept a credit card. They serve as a middle man in the payment process. There is no fee for you to pay when you use Paypal. It is completely free for the buyer. To sign up, click HERE! If paying with Paypal, you MUST provide a confirmed address for me to ship your item to. If you are attempting to pay with an unconfirmed address, your payment will be blocked and you will be unable to pay with Paypal. You must first confirm your address with Paypal or provide payment via another acceptable means. This is in accordance with the Paypal Seller Protection Policy. Check Paypal for additional details. Q: Will you accept payment in the form of a personal check? A: No. I do not accept personal checks. Q: Why did you return/block my Paypal payment? A: If paying with Paypal, you MUST provide a confirmed address for me to ship your item to. If you are attempting to pay with an unconfirmed address, your payment will be blocked and you will be unable to pay with Paypal. You must first confirm your address with Paypal or provide payment via another acceptable means. This is in accordance with the Paypal Seller Protection Policy. Check Paypal for additional details. Q: How long a period of time do I have to pay by? A: If you have not made a payment in 10 days following the winning bidder e-mail, I will send out a second notice requesting your payment. If I still do not hear from you, I will send a third and final notice. If no reply is received following that notice, you will receive negative feedback and the item will be either relisted on eBay or offered to the second highest bidder. Additionally, a non-paying bidder form will be filed with eBay and you will be permanently blocked from bidding on my auctions. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- AFTER THE AUCTION Q: I won the auction! Now what? A: If you were the winner of one of my auctions, please follow the instructions that come from eBay in the winning bidder notification. I have added my own set of payment instructions in that. If for whatever reason you do not receive this notification from eBay within 24 hours of the close of the auction, please contact me. ***Note: PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS IS CURRENT WITH EBAY.*** This winning bidder notification will go to the address you have registered with eBay. If you are no longer using that address, you will not receive my payment instructions with the winning bidder notification mail. Q: Why didn you contact me at the close of this auction? A: Please check that your current e-mail that you regularly check is the same as the one that is in the records of your eBay account. Often people change their e-mail addresses but neglect to make that change to Internet sites where they have signed up. Be sure eBay has your correct address. I will be more than happy to resend a winning bidder notice once youe cleared up any problems youe had with eBay. Q: When can I expect my item? A: I ship items within 72 BUSINESS hours (3 business days) after receiving payment. You should receive your item in 2-5 days following that, so the average time for an item is approximately a week. However, some winning bidders have paid via Paypal at the close of the auction (figuring out the total on their own) and received the items only 3 days after the end of the auction. Orders traveling outside the US may take longer and I have no way of knowing what the shipping time will be as it can vary greatly. Q: When will I get my feedback? A: I give positive feedback at the time I ship the item. I appreciate that feedback be left for me as well, pending your approval of the item. Q: What's your return/refund policy? A: If you find that I have falsely represented an item, I will provide a complete refund. However, I cannot provide a refund for a packaging issue when it is the fault of the Post Office and you have not requested insurance. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received. Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
