name is Seante`, and I have been selling on eBay for 5
years. I am a work at home mom to Corbin, Alex,
Elizabeth, Matthew, Olivia, and our newest member,
Nicholas.
I started by selling used items including clothing and
baby items on eBay. After selling over $5500 worth of
toys during Christmas that year, I was hooked. It didn't
take long to move on to brand new children's clothing,
especially Gymboree and boutique brands. As I no longer
have time to sell the volume of inventory I once did, I
now sell mostly wholesale, custom lots to sellers.

If
you are happy with your purchase, please leave
appropriate feedback upon receipt of your package.
This will let me know that our transaction is complete,
and I will leave positive feedback for you.
eBay has made
a lot of changes to their feedback policy recently which
makes it very important that you understand feedback
before leaving it. Anything less than 5 stars can
be detrimental to a seller as it can cause us to pay
higher fees and show up lower in search results.
It can also cause us to lose our PowerSeller
status. Although the captions for 4 stars are
"Accurate, Satisfied, Quickly, and
Reasonable," we are actually penalized for
receiving 4 stars. This is probably the most
confusing part of eBay's feedback policy. If for
any reason, you do not feel that you can leave 5 stars
for each of the Detailed Sellers Ratings, please contact
me so that we may work it out together.
Insurance:
Insurance is always optional, but is required on any
order over $50. This is to protect both of us from
losses. If an item listed with free shipping sells
for over $50, I will pay for insurance.
Shipping: Items will be shipped within 7
days of payment receipt. I try to ship within 48
hours, but this is not always possible. As they are not
pre-packed, custom lots will take longer than 48 hours
to ship in most cases. I take a lot of pride in
packing my lots to your specifications. If you
need your item shipped sooner, please email me as I am
happy to honor special requests. Shipping always
includes delivery confirmation.
Returns: I will accept returns on all
NEW items within 7 days of your receipt. Item(s) must be
returned in original condition. Shipping/return shipping
will not be refunded. If an item is listed with
Free Shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted
from the refund.
Due to the
time it takes to pack a custom lot, a 10% restocking fee
will be deducted from all returns. This includes
the items do not fit, buyer's remorse, or any other
reason other than a mistake in listing. Please
read the entire listing, and ask any questions prior to
bidding.
Sales of
gently used items are final unless I misrepresented the
item.
International Payment: I only accept
PayPal from international buyers.
International Customs Forms: I will not
mark gift on a customs form. This constitutes mail fraud
and is punishable with hefty fines as well as jail
time. Please check the customs laws for your own
country BEFORE bidding. The BUYER is
responsible for all incurred customs fees.
