About Me

New South Seas Fabric just arrived. Grosemer petals. Romantic cottage roses in mini prints, large stripe and vintage rose florals. After 10 years of owning a home dor shop, I returned to my true passion fabric. My love of fabric developed at an early age; I have cherished memories of spending hours at my grandmother side as she sewed clothes for our family on her Singer Treadle machine. I loved nothing more than admiring the fabric and buttons in her sideboard. My appreciation for fine fabric continues today, I pride myself in carrying fine cotton fabrics from designers including Kaffe Fassett, Amy Butler, Robyn Pandolph, Denyse Schmidt, Anna Marie Horner, April Cornell, Jennifer Paganelli, Moda, Northcott, Durham Rose, Free Spirit, and Sis Boom.Working with fabric is my passion; a patchwork quilt relays emotion through color and style. Every piece of fabric evokes a memory and holds sentimental value.

Although it was a hard decision to make to close my store, Ie enjoyed being able to continue to provide quality products to a wider audience. I delight in offering Yankee Candle products (tarts, votives and electric plug-ins refills) and dor from Nicol Sayre and Wendy Addison. Yankee Candles were a staple of my store for over 10 years; they continue to be a solid seller. Known for their quality and delightful scents, I regularly use Yankee tarts and votives in my own home.

I once again have time to be creative and channel my energy into quilting, sewing patchwork pillows, and spending more quality time with my family. When not quilting or working on ebay, I dedicate time to watching my two precious and precocious granddaughters Josi and Jaida. Josi has become quite the fabric aficionado at the age of two.
