I have operated heavy equipment, mostly excavators and backhoes for over 20 years, now I just freelance that in my area, I had to give up my construction company that I suceeded with for 10 years to take care of my Dad, he is blind, diabetic, has had a lot of strokes, and since I have stayed at home working on ebay, I have already saved his life 2 times. Someday when Dad is not here anymore, I will probably start another utility company, but I will always sell some stuff on ebay, ebay really helps to give me work to do when it is raining, and I can not dig.

WHAT I LOVE:

More than anything in the world, I love night fishing on Lake Allatoona. The lake is just 25 miles from here, I like to leave at 6:30 pm, and fish until midnight, and sometimes even 2am if the fish are biting well. I specialize in catching white perch(crappie), but sometimes I land bass, so far the biggest fish was a 15 pound stripped bass landed on a ultra-light, with 6 pound test. I am considering starting a fishing charter business, not sure yet. I can say most of the time I am very lucky at catching fish.........last night me and a friend caught 30, a boat 200 yards from us only caught 4. Maybe in a few months I will get everything set up and have weekly ebay auctions for a fishing trip with me. So far fishing at night the worst I have done was 8 fish, and the best was 69, and a lot of the time me and one person caught 55. One tip, people say a fish will not bite a dead minnow, well I catch just as many with a dead minnow as a live one, sometimes getting 5 fish on the same minnow until it is no longer able to stay on a hook. Man the lake is just so peaceful and relaxing at night.........anyone will tell you though I am not relaxing, I hardly ever sit down, I like to have 8 or 10 lines out on the boat while fishing with one person, and most of the time I will tell a person they have a fish on before they ever see it for themselves.

I could really write books about night fishing, I love it more than anything. Maybe soon I will have local auctions on ebay to go night fishing, even if you do not know how to fish, it will be fun..........man, just look up at the sky, you see so many stars there you do not see living close to a big city........very relaxing, but work for me, I try to catch fish so hard I am very sore for 24 hours.
