Select Sounds LLC, is a full-time family-owned business located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia. Select Sounds LLC was born out of enjoyment playing the guitar. How better to indulge the guitar bug than by running a business that tests, evaluates, and sells what you love?

Moreover, Select Sounds LLC approaches business and our customers from a Christian perspective. In all we do, we hope to honor God by investing the time, talents, and resources He provides. When faced with business challenges, we will rely upon the principles of the Bible to guide us.

Because we're musicians, we recognize that quality and price go hand-in-hand. High quality products maximize your time and add to enjoyment. Add fair pricing, and it's a winning combination for us and our customers.

We believe there are real benefits for buying from a growing family-based business. We appreciate how hard it is to make it in business, and the parallels to success in music. So, we're working extra hard and pinching a few pennies to ensure that our prices are competitive and our products offer value. What are your shipping policies?

We recognize that after price, quality and selection, web shoppers want fast delivery. That's why we pack and ship every order as quickly as possible. Our goal is "same day shipping" for every order paid for by Noon Easter Time (Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays). In a few cases shipment can be delayed due to unresolved questions concerning the order or the shipping address, or from products unexpectedly out of stock.

All orders ship from the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. Delivery time varies based on your distance from Zip Code 20134.

We strive to ensure the quality of each product and your enjoyment of your order upon arrival. Because of this we may check your product before shipment. If you receive a package with a broken seal, you can rest assured that your product is brand new, was checked for proper operation before shipping and was found to be in proper working order.

We always clearly mark repackaged or used equipment as such before the sale.

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you and ship it as soon as it is available unless you notify us to cancel that item. To get your full order to you as quickly as possible, we will ship the items we have in stock. Multiple shipments will not affect your shipping cost.

What are your return policies?

We strive to offer top quality products. There are times, unfortunately, when an item must be returned. We feel we offer one of the strongest return policies available, and provide the following information to clarify our policy and your responsibilities. If you have additional questions or comments, feel free to contact us.

There are no fees for orders that are canceled before shipping. Simply contact us via e-mail before your order leaves our shipping desk. Be aware that the opportunity for cancellations is short as we strive to ship as quickly as possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price(1) or exchange.

You must ship the return within 30 days of our shipment date to you (2).

All returned products must be in the original packaging, complete with all components, accessories, warranty cards, and owners manual. There can be no signs of wear or abuse. Failure to meet these qualifications may result in a refusal to accept the return or a 15% restocking fee, solely at our discretion. Any refund granted will be via the original payment method.

Refunds are given for the product price only. There are absolutely no refunds for shipping or handling charges, including shipping or packing costs associated with returning the product to us.

Should you decide to return your purchase, follow these steps:

1. Carefully box the item to prevent shipping damage.
2. Include a copy of your receipt.
3. Include a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and your requested resolution (exchange/refund).
4. Mail the product and receipt to:

5. For prompt service, notify us of your return before shipment. We prefer email notifications.

We strongly that you use delivery confirmation with your shipping carrier. Without delivery confirmation, if your package is lost in the mail, you have no recourse with your shipper and we can't exchange or refund the item if we never receive it.

(1) The following products are returnable only if they are defective or unopened: strings, polishing cloths.

(2) Our shipment date is the day we ship the product from our facilities, not the date you receive the product.

Where will my order ship to?

Because PayPal is a payment processor, and payment processors are good at acquiring your current address, we always to the PayPal address. Additionally, using a confirmed PayPal address protects both the buyer and seller. If you take a moment to ensure your shipping address at PayPal.com is correct, confusion and shipping delays can be avoided.

Why haven't you left feedback for my order?

Instead of sending meaningless feedback, we wait to ensure that our customers have received their order and are happy with their purchase. Once you acknowledge receipt via your feedback, our feedback-system will automatically leave feedback for you. If, for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and give us a chance to make it right. Check our feedback - we work hard to resolve problems - but we need to know what they are.

Can I combine orders to reduce shipping costs?

Yes, within limits. If you purchase multiple items that have a shipping cost and it's possible to package them together, we will do so and refund half of the shipping cost for the 'ride-along' items. Our policy is: If shipping is charged, you pay full price shipping for the heaviest item, then 1/2 price shipping for each additional item in the same package. This means that some heavy or large items are not eligible for combined shipping discounts. In addition, if you place your second and subsequent orders after the first has shipped, we cannot offer reduced shipping.

Can I pay with Cashier's Check or Money Order?

Sorry, eBay no longer allows Checks or Money Orders.


Can I place a Special Order, or buy a different product quantity or combination?

Absolutely!

We may not offer a product combination or quantity that you need. That's OK. Send us your request and we'll let you know if we can fulfill your order. If you're still interested, we'll post the offering as a special Buy It Now item. Since you know about it first, you're sure to snap it up.
