for International parcels, and we only use GLOBAL
EXPRESS MAIL VIA EMS as it is the only the method
that offers tracking. There will be additional charges

item for research and post your items
to a seven day auction. Your items never

item to have it professionally packaged
and shipped to the highest bidder.

coins, record collections, and furniture.
We post your furniture to an area wide
auction and offer delivery services

Yes. Please mail all Checks, Money Orders or Cashiers
Checks to:
Please include the order number, product description
and shipping
information. You will receive a UPS tracking number
via e-mail after your product has been shipped. Please
allow 10 business days for a personal check to clear
our account.

Can I pay using PayPal?
We gladly accept PayPal. If you're not already a PayPal
member, signing up for PayPal is easy! It takes two
minutes, and you'll even get $5 when you complete

send your payment by entering our e-mail address in

Can I pay using a credit card over the phone?
Yes! We will gladly accept payments by ALL major credit
cards right over the phone. Please call us 216-254-0118
to make a payment. Please be advised that we can ship
ONLY to the address verified by your credit card company
(your statement address).

What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru
Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after
3:00 P.M. E.S.T. or on a weekend, it is processed
on the next business day. Within hours of processing
your order, we pick out the items you have selected
and prepare them for shipment. Once shipped (usually
within 24-48 hours of confirmation of your payment)
we then e-mail you a UPS tracking number. You may
view the shipping status of your order by visiting
www.ups.com and entering your tracking number.

What shipping methods do you have available?
We ship all of our items via UPS. All of our items
ship under our own UPS account, no exceptions.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
After your order has been processed and shipped, UPS
usually takes 1-6 business days to deliver. If you
need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited
shipping is available at an additional cost. Please
feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes.

How much are the shipping fees?
The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly
stated on the checkout page. The fees cover UPS Ground,
Next Day, Second Day and 3 Day delivery with insurance
for the full value of the product.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Since we are a Pennsylvania company, we are required
by state law to charge 7.00% sales tax when shipping
to Pennsylvania state addresses only.

Do you allow local pickup at your location?
Yes we do, please email us your request for a pickup.
Pickup is available Monday thru Friday during normal
business hours upon appointment with us.

What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto the
merchandise and all packing materials until advised
otherwise by UPS. You may call UPS Customer Service
at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877), and contact us
immediately. If your shipment does not arrive when
anticipated, you must also contact UPS Customer Service
and our offices immediately.
