BIDDING AGREEMENT: Please note that your bid is a legally binding contract - By placing a bid you are agreeing to and excepting all our terms and policies as well as Ebay's terms and policies. GENERAL TERMS: We strive to achieve 100% accuracy in every aspect of our transactions. However, should there be a problem with your order, we hope you will give us the opportunity to make it right to your complete satisfaction. Most of the issues are resolved immediately.

NON-PAYING BIDDERS: We do not except non-paying bidders or anyone that wishes to "back out" of a winning auction. If any member wishes to avoid payment then a non-paying bidder will be filed with Ebay in order to help recoup our losses. In rare cases we might be willing to dismiss the filing of a non-paying bidder but only if a 10% or $10.00 credit (which ever one is less) is issued to us for our money, time, and other investments we have made in the listing of our items.
PAYMENT/ SHIPPING/ RETURN INFORMATION


PAYMENT: We except payment through Paypal. Unfortunately, due to Ebay's new polices, we are unable to except checks, money orders, or wire transfers.
Auctions that do not pay in full or who have not made prior arrangements with us will be re listed and a non-paying bidder will be filed with Ebay, appropriate feedback will be left. Please be sure you ask before auction end if you have any doubt if your method of payment will be accepted.

SHIPPING-US: All item(s) will be shipped via USPS standard delivery unless other shipping methods are offered or arranged. (PLEASE NOTE*: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, insurance provides this protection and is required in all of our auctions.)

SHIPPING-INTERNATIONAL: International countries, including Canada, will be shipped via USPS standard International shipping unless other shipping methods have been arranged. (PLEASE NOTE**: We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages to international locations, insurance is included in the shipping price up to $500.00) We also will not mark shipped items as "gifts". International locations are responsible for all taxes, duties, and other charges.

SHIPPING-GENERAL: Items are shipped as soon as payment is received and are cleared, generally within 3 business days (Monday-Friday). All sales, shipping fees, and other fees are in US funds. We are also "Green Shippers" and do reuse boxes, bubble wrap, newspaper, ect. in order to ship your item. This awareness of waste, allows you and us to work together, in order to help the environment.

RETURNS: All our items are sold "AS IS". We try to provided the most accurate information and best pictures about our products and questions are always excepted therefore returns are not typically accepted but will be handled based on the situation. In most cases a 10% or $10.00 (whichever is less) restocking fee is held to help us recover our cost on shipping supplies, Paypal fees, Ebay fees, and other general cost. We also do not return shipping, handling, or insurance fees for any reason. Again, all items are sold "AS IS". Your bid is a contract agreeing to and excepting all our terms and policies so please ask questions and understand our auctions and policies completely to avoid any issues in advance.
