All our items are authentic and genuine. Feel free to ask questions if you are unsure of a product's authenticity.
Shipping Information:
Most items ship within 48 hours, often sooner. We are not responsible for carrier time. Most of our items ship USPS, some UPS. For shipping rates, see the individual item description, feel free to contact us with questions.
Combined Shipping Bonus:
Combined shipping is available for used books at a rate of: full shipping for first book, and 98 cents for each additional used book. Does not include lots or new items. This bonus applies to US buyers only. Purchases must be made at the same time. Contact us for details.
Returns:
Returns are only permitted for NEW items that are NOT personalized and those items in which the description does not claim - no returns. There are no returns on used products, nor personalized products, nor opened products (unless defective), nor damaged products.
Customer Satisfaction:
We strive to satisfy you. We process all orders within 48 hours. We cannot be responsible for carrier shipping delays. We strive to earn your 5 STAR feedback rating - if we have not satisfied you, please contact us.
Additional Terms:
Seller is not responsible for damages that may incur during shipping nor lost items in shipping. In rare occurrences an item may be out of stock which can cause shipping delays. If an item is no longer available you will receive a speedy refund. Drop ship items are pre-sale items and buyer can expect up to 10 days before item ships, however most items ship much faster. If you have an urgent need for a product, email us ahead of time to make sure we can meet your shipping need. Used items are sold as is. Your bid or purchase is a legal binding contract.
