Payment should be postmarked within 5 business days of the auction end.
I should receive payment within 7 days after the auction is over, so I can complete the transaction quickly.
Timely payment is YOUR responsibility. I have no control over PayPal and do take the postmarked date into account on mail that is received late.
On occassion, I will send out reminders as a courtesy but it is a courtesy only, not an obligation on my part to remind you that your payment is due. If a payment goes beyond a reasonable amount of time after the auction has passed, I will leave negative feedback for non-payment. I do not want to sound harsh but I get many bidders who do not take Ebay seriously.
SHIPPING & INSURANCE
Shipping, & Handling fees are non-refundable. I also do not refund ebay or paypal charges because they will not refund my charges anymore. I DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SHIPMENT THAT I MAIL OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS USA STATES. You are NOT quoted EXACT POSTAGE so please note the stated shipping, handling & insurance quote on your auction page. I will combine your shipping whenever possible for multiple wins. Please take into account every seller has different overhead charges. Some of the overhead that sellers deal with are monthly postage meters rentals, daily bulk pickup service charges from USPS, UPS and/or FedEx, warehouse staff payroll, postage meter supplies, a supply of packing materials & envelopes (yes, Priority mail stuff is free but other items are not), time & effort to quickly, safely & securely pack your item, storage space rental, boxes for items shipped other than Priority, time to calculate the different shipping rates for each shipment,insurance for your item, time to fill out required carrier paperwork, gas for multiple daily trips to the post office or other shipping facilities, label printers & thermal labels, etc., etc. The list goes on and on and varies from seller to seller but please don't be so quick to knock the handling charges until you have sold items on Ebay yourself. All shipping/handling/insurance charges are clearly stated on each auction and are not negotiable. This will protect you as a buyer and me as a seller from a potentially negative sales experience if a package were to become lost or damaged during shipping. My sales policy will allow you to BID WITH CONFIDENCE. If a package has been delivered to your home and is then damaged or stolen AFTER delivery, I am not responsible for the loss. If you are going to be out of town during time when your package should be shipped, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I will be glad to hold the shipment until you will be there to receive it. I, as the seller choose the method/carrier to best get your item from me to you. I quote all my shipping rates in advance. Please be prepared to provide me with a physical address location in the event that your package is over 2 pounds because I may ship it via FedEx ground service or UPS and they do NOT ship to PO Boxes. It is always a good idea to provide both in the event that you do have a PO Box to prevent any delays in shipping while I try to find the correct shipping information. I do NOT Sell my customer lists or use the email addresses or phone numbers for junk mail/telemarketing. They are just there so that I may contact you in case I have a question about your order.
FEEDBACK
I always leave positive feedback for positive transactions and we will leave appropriate feedback (positive, neutral, or negative) depending on how the deal works out. I take feedback very seriously and will try to work out all problems via email before giving a negative feedback. PLEASE NOTE, If you don't pay for your auction within 7 days after the auction has ended, I have the right to sell the item to another buyer, file non-paying bidder reports, file final value fee credits through Ebay and leave appropriate feedback for the transaction.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS MY BUYER
All of my shipping charges are listed on the auction pages so that a buyer can easily make a payment even if there are problems contacting you via Email. All Ebay users are required to have a working email address registered to their account at all times. All of our contact is done via email. If a payment is late or you have not contacted me, I will NOT phone you. I provide all of my payment information on my auction pages and the About Me page so in the unlikely event I am not able to make contact via email, you will still be able to make your payment on TIME. A bid is a contract and by bidding on my item(s) you are agreeing to my stated auction terms so PLEASE READ and understand them. I will be glad to answer any questions regarding my policies, just ask. Asking after the auction is over may be too late.
