Most of my items come from department stores.  Most of them are brand new with original tags but some may have tags missing and this feature is specified in their listings.

I've been an eBay member since 1999 and have thousands of positive feedback comments, so you can bid with confidence on my items. Please check out my information below to answer some of the more frequently asked questions.

RETURN POLICY

I offer 3-day unconditional return policy - the items that did not fit can be returned within 3 days, I will refund the price you paid via PayPal but I will not be able to refund your shipping charges.

I take great care and time to describe each item I list with absolute accuracy, though sometimes things can slip through the cracks. If you are ever less than delighted with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible. I strive for excellent customer service so if there are ever any questions, please contact me and I will get back to you!

FEEDBACK RATING

I take my feedback rating seriously. If you ever feel the need to leave neutral or negative feedback, please contact me first and we can find a solution to your complaint. I have been an eBay member since 1999 and I have worked so very hard to earn such a stellar reputation. My repeat customers will tell you that I am an honest, trustworthy and customer-oriented seller! We are a dying breed on eBay!

I am only human. Sometimes items slip through the cracks. PLEASE take this into account. Please be fair. It hurts me so much when my buyers are rude, unfair and not polite in return.

SHIPPING

I ship all U.S. packages with Delivery Confirmation. When an item is shipped, buyers get their tracking numbers via PayPal automatic e-mail system. I am also happy to arrange special shipping methods or work with you for overnight delivery, etc. Please contact me PRIOR to placing bid if you need your item urgenty - I may be able (or may be not) arrange for expedite shipping. Please note that INSURANCE on your packages is optional but keep in mind that I cannot be held responsible for packages once they are shipped.

I welcome international customers and offer shipping worldwide. I ship most of my items overseas by First Class Air Mail. HOWEVER, I do not offer this shipping method for any of South American (Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador etc), ex-USSR, South Korea, China, Thailand, India, Pakistan and African countries, unless you have more than 20 feedback rating AND the total price for all the items in your package is below $50.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

I ship only once a week, on Mondays or Tuesdays. My processing time is 5 business (7 calendar) days. Delivery within USA via First Class or Priority Mail is usually very fast, about 2-3 business days. International delivery via First Class is 7-10 BUSINESS days for "reliable" countries. If you know that postal system in your country is not the greatest one in the world, please refrain from bugging me about your package or choose Priority Mail option rather than First Class option since Priority Mail provides intermediate transit information but First Class mail does not.

I offer 50% discount on additional item(s) shipping! - this can save you a lot of money. HOWEVER, if the package's value is more than $90 (or more than $50 for some countries), I can offer only Priority or Express Mail shipping meaning that your shipping cost will be $24.99 or higher. This is a bad news. The good news is that US postal service offers standard rate boxes, anything that fits these boxes ship for a flat fee of $40. In my experiece, that box can easily fit 2-4 kids sweaters + 6-8 kids shirts + 4-6 kids dresses. So, you can cut significantly on your shipping expenses if you plan on your purchases well and buy everything you need from me rather than buying from different sellers.

RUSH ORDERS

If you have special needs, I have been known to go the day of payment and get a package shipped out. If you require special delivery, or need an item very quickly, PLEASE make note of this on your payment and send me an additional e-mail. I don't know that you are in a hurry if you don't let me know. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM ME OF ANY RUSH ORDERS. I recommend credit card or existing balance payments through PayPal if you are in a time crunch. DO NOT SEND money orders or pay via e-check payments if you need an item quickly!
