SES Casters is a dba for Stanley E. Smith Co.,
Inc. We have been owned and operated by the Doyle family since 1968. For 40 years we have been the master east coast
distributor for Jarvis and Jarvis Casters. In addition to Jarvis and Jarvis we also manufacture and import our own line
of casters and wheels in China. We sell casters throughout the United States and in several other countries worldwide.
Everything we sell in our store is brand new merchandise. We do not sell used casters and wheels. Many of the items in our
store are either overstock items we have purchased from other manufacturers to sell on eBay or overstock items that have
accumulated in own inventory.
We stock thousands upon thousands of casters and wheels. Our e-commerce sites only contain a small portion
of the total number of the items we sell. If you do not find exactly what you need, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Anything that we do not have immediately in stock, from almost any manufacturer, we can source and obtain in very short
order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

SES Casters offers a 100% satisfaction
guarantee on all products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the entire
purchase price. All returns and refunds must be preceded with a phone call to a salesman at SES Casters within the
warranty period; please ask for John or Ed. The warranty period for defective merchandise is 30 days from the invoice
date. The warranty period for non-defective merchandise is 10 days from the invoice date. SES Casters will pay
all freight charges for returning or replacing defective merchandise. The customer will be responsible for all
freight charges pertaining to the return of non-defective merchandise. This limited warranty does not apply to damage
to our products which occurred as the result of abuse, improper installation, mishandling, improper maintenance,
overloading, or exposure to corrosive chemicals or conditions. Non-defective merchandise must be returned in the same
condition it was shipped; we will not honor the return of such items if they appear to be used or
abused.

COMBINED SHIPMENTS
|
I frequently get emails from customers
about combined shipments. The question is do we offer combined shipment discounts? The answer is yes we do offer
discounts on orders with multiple items combined into one UPS shipment. What this amounts to is this: If you buy
two or more items and make separate shipments for each item with UPS, it is more expensive than it is to combine
all the items into one heavier shipment. eBay allows vendors to offer both shipping options. Our store is set up
to combine all orders with multiple items into one shipment. This is the default. The procedure is a follows:
Find the SES Casters Store and find the first item. Click the "Buy It Now" button, and type the quantity you
wish to purchase; click the "Commit to Buy" button. This brings you to a screen that says "You bought this item"
and "Pay Now" or "Continue Shopping...." You want to continue shopping. Click the Red Door Icon or the "Visit Sellers
Store" link at the middle right of the screen; this will take you back to the Store. Repeat the same process for the
rest of the item(s) you wish to purchase. When finished click the "Pay Now" button on the "Pay Now" or "Continue
Shopping...." screen. This brings you to the "Review Your Purchases..." screen. This screen should give you the true
combined freight charges for you order. If the freight charges look to be more expensive than you believe
they should be, press the "Recalculate" button. If they still appear to be too expensive, please ask me in an email
to manually calculate the freight charges on our UPS software.
