We are serious and honest business people and expect you to be of the same mindset.Terms
By bidding on our auctions you agree to accept these terms. Bid with your head, not over your head. You must be able to complete the contract to buy this item. We leave negative feedback for non-payers.Payment must be made within 7 days of the auction's ending date. The boss says this stuff has gotta go. If you can't make payment in full within 7 days our ears won't hear and our eyes won't see your excuses and the item gets sold to somebody else. The high bidder must respond within 3 days or the auction may be declared void.
If you have any questions, contact us before bidding. Except for lost shipments, our responsibility ends after we receive your payment and we ship the item.
Items are shipped only after we receive confirmed or clear payment. We ship after electronic payment processors say your money is good, or after your check clears.
Buyers must have a rating higher than 5 with no negatives in the last 3 months. If you don't have this status on eBay you must e-mail me before you place your bid. We like new users, we just like to know a little about them first.
We reserve the right to change our mind and/or vary the terms of different auctions to accommodate the needs of different items. If these terms are not acceptable to you, then do not bid on the item.
Payment
We want to make it easy for you to spend your money, so all forms of lawful payment are gladly accepted. You must make your payment within 7 days of auction end. Any way you can get the money to us within seven days is acceptable. All sales are final.Full payment must be received by us before we ship the merchandise. No COD accepted. All prices and payments are in US currency. Canadian & International bidders are welcome, but all transactions must be completed in US Dollars.
We will contact the winning bidder shortly after the auction if we have not first heard from them. If the item does not sell, contact us through eBay e-mail to find out when it will be re-listed.
Questions
If you have questions, e-mail us well before the auction ends to insure satisfaction and understanding. We include a good description of the items listed, but can't anticipate all the specifics you may need to know. Any e-mail you send us should include the eBay item #, your user ID, and the e-mail address registered with eBay. We usually respond to inquiries the next business day or faster, but sometimes life happens.Shipping
Items are shipped promptly after we have confirmed payment. We want it out of here just as much as you want to get it. Shipments will be made only to confirmed addresses for payments made electronically.Shipping is at a fixed price as stated in the auction. Lately we've been shipping USPS because it is cheaper and the post office actually has friendlier people than our local UPS store. Sometimes we use UPS but they are more expensive and no better than the USPS. We might ship FedEx if we are going up that way. Don't worry, you'll get your stuff.
We do not charge additional handling or packaging fees for shipping. We package tight or in original shipping cartons. Haven't had a problem yet. We'll try to accommodate international shipping if you pay the difference over US addresses. All our items are sent insured with tracking at no additional cost to you. The tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you as soon as we get back on line from the USPS, UPS or FedEx depot, usually the day of shipment. We will help you handle lost shipments from our end according to the rules of the carrier. We don't like it either, but that process may take some time. We don't want to take your money for insured tracked items not received.
If you want to pick up your item, we are in the DC Metro area, and you can keep the shipping charge.
We will try to accommodate your special shipping needs. Any special requests must be confirmed with us prior to your sending payment to insure proper service.
Warranty
None. Everything is sold as is, in its current condition. No warranty is expressed or implied. No returns for any reasons. Items listed were previously used, are vintage, are of nonspecific origin, are of unknown quality, and may not be fit for a specific purpose or any purpose. You agree that our maximum liability for any reason is the amount you pay for the item exclusive of shipping. We make a real effort to give our honest opinion of the nature of the item and its benefits and imperfections in plain language. You understand that opinions may differ, and item grading is subjective and not standardized. It is your responsibility to ask questions and receive satisfactory answers before spending your money. If these terms are not acceptable or you do not intend to honor your bid, please do not bid.About Us

Who are we? We are Realtors in expensive neighborhoods in the Washington DC suburbs, and often find interesting items before the moving or estate sales. Our clients know we are always looking for items, and often call for help with items they don't want. That, and the rich folk's trash, is where most of our merchandise comes from.
