Years ago I received a pair of stones passed to me from a Native American Elder. At the time, my corporate job required I be in large crowds with anxious and oftentimes difficult people. These events would usually leave me feeling out of sorts and full of static. I began the practice of sitting quietly with a stone in the palm of each hand and surprisingly noticed that within a short period of time the out of balance energy transferred from others was released and “transmuted back to Mother Earth.” Once the tingling sensation began I felt peaceful and calm. It was magical. I started using the stones for everything from nervous energy to irritability, lack of sleep to stomach aches to relief from muscle tension. I slept with them. I carried them in my purse. They were always nearby. But I never shared them with anyone.

And then one day I received a message loud and clear. The healing properties of these stones were meant to be shared. What a tall order! Where do I get them? What do I do? What will people say? Inspiration and guidance poured through me. Within hours I had answers and the direction I needed to offer these stones to others. I call them SETTLEing STONES™. They are collected in a specific area off the California Coast, found only between the Winter Solstice and Spring equinox and purified in a bath of Celtic Sea salts.

And that’s the remarkable revelation of SETTLEing STONES™. I am honored to be the messenger to accomplish their sharing. Prior to hand selecting each stone I ask permission from Mother Earth to take them for this soothing purpose. Once they are picked and purified, inspiration follows in the pairing of the stones. In meditation, surrounded with Archangel Energy and Earth Crystals, each stone’s energy intuitively pairs with another.

Stones are small enough to carry in your purse or bring to work with you. Keep them near your bedside or your altar if you have one. Each stone is approximately 1 ½-2" long and 1 ½ - 2" wide and will vary in appearance. Included are 2 SETTLEing STONES™, a hand made cotton batik pouch and information about the stones and how to use them most effectively. Use these SETTLEing STONES™ to settle your energy and feel more calm and balanced.
Each year near the Winter Solstice, these special stones are ceremonially hand- gathered from a specific place in the ocean. Before the stones are even collected, permission is asked of Mother Earth and blessings bestowed upon her and the stones. They are then cleansed with Celtic Sea salt and paired with another stone. During meditation, each stone's energy intuitively pairs with another. If you are feeling anxious, run down, stressed out, overwhelmed or feeling physical pain, use these stones by holding 1 stone in each palm of your hand and just "be" with them. Ask the stones to remove any energy that is not for your highest good and return it to Mother Earth transformed into light.
