Thanks for stopping by! I have been in sales for many years and recently lost my job. I always used to hear about customer service being a prioriy. Well, I have a different opinion on that and I feel as a consumer not many companies have kept that a priority, including the company that laid me off! We have all heard those words before, "trust me" and then get burned. I believe people buy from someone they like and trust and if I can do that then everyone is happy!
