About Us!
The Sew-Sisters have been selling fabric on eBay since 1999.
On September 12, 2007 Sew Sisters opened their doors to the public at 3961 Chesswood Drive in North York (Toronto) Ontario, Canada. We hope to see you there!
We specialize in British Import fabrics by Fabric Freedom, Makower UK and Perfect Occasions and Northcott Fabrics (which is a Canadian-owned company). We are always looking for terrific cat and dog prints as well as any other unique lines of fabric. We pride ourselves on top-notch customer service and have perfect feedback to back that up. Shipping/Returns Policy
The Sew-Sisters are a quilt shop located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We are always happy to combine items to save you on shipping costs - please send us an email and we can work out the best possible shipping rate for you. We only charge actual postage - no handling or packaging fees. The Sew-Sisters believe in spending money on fabric - not on postage!
We will ship your order on the first business day after we receive payment. The delivery standard to the US is 7 - 10 business days. Occasionally packages will be delayed by customs. Americans should expect their packages within 2 weeks of payment and Canadians should expect theirs within one week of payment. Delivery to rural or remote addresses can sometimes take a bit longer. International customers please email us and we will ask the post office about the delivery standard to your country. If your package is delayed please email us and we will do everything within our power to help you out!
The Sew-Sisters take pride in what they do - we do our best to provide you with great products and great service. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase just return it to us and we will refund the purchase price no questions asked.
