We are one of the largest sewing machine and vacuum cleaner retailers in America. We have been in business over 20 years and have a strong market share at all of our retail stores. SALES TAX POLICY (Click Here for Details)
We do not charge sales tax on any order that ships outside the State of Texas. Note that this includes orders with a separate billing address inside Texas with a shipping address outside Texas.

PRICING and SHIPPING
All shipping costs listed are for UPS or Fed-Ex Ground delivery in the contiguous United States. We do ship some items to Canada, Canadian residents need to call 1-979-764-0958 or send us an Email for shipping quotes. All shipping prices posted are for UPS or Fed-Ex Ground unless otherwise stated. Other shipping methods can be accessed for most products within the shopping cart. Prices are listed before you check out, for your convenience. Notice: All overnight shipping requested on Fridays before 2pm Central Time will be delivered on the following Monday (UPS does not deliver on Saturdays) We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO Address, or Overseas.
Note: We cannot refund any shipping costs if an item does not arrive on time due to weather conditions or other situations beyond the control of UPS or Fed-Ex.

Cabinets with ship via ground shipping only, and faster methods of shipping cannot be used. Please click here for specific cabinet shipping policies If faster shipping options are chosen for a cabinet order, the amount will be deducted from the order before it is processed. All products are new and include a full factory warranty unless noted otherwise. Machines that are not new include Factory Serviced, Super Saver, Refurbished (These models can have full warranties, but often do not. The warranty for a specific used machine will be listed in its description). Prices are subject to change without notice. If any pricing or ordering mistakes occur they will be corrected and we will contact you with the changes before your order is processed.

Any item with Free Shipping applies to shipping destinations within the Contiguous US ONLY (Connected 48 States). Orders from AK, HI, or Canada will pay actual shipping costs less standard ground fees for all Free Shipping items. The Free Shipping method will be for standard UPS or FedEx Ground rates.

INVENTORY
Our Warehouse is stocked with 3000 sewing machines and vacuums at any given time. Buy with confidence that your order will ship immediately. In the rare instances where products become unavailable, we will state the availability of the item in its description.

Please note that all availability is subject to change without notice, and that you should call or email us for availability if you have the need to do so. The time-frame listed is accurate for the most part, but sometimes items to go out of stock before the posted availability can be changed.

ORDERING
For the protection of our customers, all products must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card holder. If you choose a different shipping address, this address must be an alternate billing address for the credit card holder, that can be verified. Most credit card companies will add a second billing address either on a temporary or permanent basis. To add an alternate billing address on your card, call the toll free customer service number found on the back of your card.

If for some reason your purchase does not fulfill your needs you can return it within 30 days from receipt of the product (According to UPS or Fed-Ex Delivery records). Simply call for a Return Authorization # (Note: NO RA WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKING)and we will give you proper instruction on returning your purchase. We CANNOT accept returns without a Return Authorization Number, so be sure to call us first. Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund. There is a 5 percent service charge to cover the handling and processing of the merchandise. Extended Warranties are also non-refundable, and items with free Extended Warranties will be refunded less the retail price of the Extended Warranty that was provided. Providing your purchase is repacked according to factory standards and without excess wear there is No Restocking Fee.

  • Note: Sewing machines and vacuums are not intended for commercial use. Any commercial use of a home sewing machine or vacuum constitutes abuse of the product and will void all warranties, including the 30 Day Return Policy.

    WARRANTY REPAIRS
    Shipping (to and from) is provided for the first 30 days from receipt of the machine (According to UPS or FED-Ex)on any warranty repairs, provided that the original box and packaging materials are retained. If the original box and packaging materials are not available, please note that shipment and insurance of the product is the responsibility of the customer. In addition, if products are sent without the original box and packing AT ANY TIME (Before or after the 30 day period), we are required to purchase appropriate boxes and packaging from the manufacturer, and the costs for those materials will be charged to the customer before return shipment can take place. Note that no charges are applied if the product is shipped in the original boxes and packing materials.
    After 30 days, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If products are shipped to us without original boxes and packing materials, we are required to purchase appropriate boxes and packaging from the manufacturer, and the costs for those materials will be charged to the customer before return shipment can take place.

    CABINET SHIPPING POLICY
    In order for cabinet orders to go as smoothly as possible please read the following cabinet order specifications and conditions.

    1. Sewing furniture ships via truck line, and not UPS or FED-EX. Because of this, someone needs to be at home to receive and sign for the product when delivery takes place

    2. Provide as many phone numbers as possible to ensure that the shipping company can contact you and let you know when your order will be delivered.

    3. The delivery driver is not responsible for bringing the product inside your home, up or down any stairs, or into any particular room. Their responsibility is to deliver the product to the delivery address and unload it from their trailer. The driver's responsibility does vary slightly from state to state, but this is a good guideline to remember. Most of the time the driver will help you get it through the first door, or into a garage, but it is always better to have someone with you to help unload your delivery.

    4. Always inspect your shipment BEFORE signing for it. It is best to completely remove your shipment from its containers, inspect it thoroughly, assemble the product (if possible), and to mark down "possible concealed damage" regardless of the condition of the box. If opening or assembling are not possible at the time the delivery is received, it is best to indicate "possible concealed damage" regardless of the condition of the box(es). This is very important because ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED FOR YOUR SHIPMENT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IF IT IS DAMAGED.

    5. Save your box and all packaging materials until you are satisfied that your cabinet and all accessories are satisfactory (A good practice is to compact the boxes and give them a space in your basement or attic). Attempting a return to the manufacturer for repair/replacement is nearly impossible without the proper boxes!

    6. Remember to call or email us if you have any questions or need help with your cabinet.

    7. Inserts are usually shipped out via UPS or Fed-Ex, and customarily do not arrive at the same time as your cabinet. Delivery on inserts can take up to a few additional weeks to provide for the time it takes to create your insert.

    Problems can always be solved more smoothly if the proper channels are followed. In order to ensure satisfaction with purchases, we need your cooperation with these guidelines.
