As a "needleworker" and "sewing enthusiast", I have done various kinds of hand needlework for over 20 years. I've been a member of the Embroiderer's Guild of America since 1997. For the past several years, I've concentrated on machine sewing, embroidery and more recently quilting.
To make room for new sewing projects, every now and then I sort through my older cross stitch and needlework supplies that I know I will never use and list only the good stuff for sale.

Sleeve Saver Bib with a Mets twist

We are big Mets fans in my house, so you may have guessed that's how I came up with my identity of SewAmazin. In October 2006, I made some fleece scarves and hats with Mets colors and sold a few of them on eBay.

Most of the items I list for sale are under $15.00 US, occasionally they will be a bit higher. To keep handling costs low, I try to re-use shipping boxes and packing materials (bubble wrap, air pillows) whenever possible. I try to pack my items so that they will arrive in the condition I would want to receive them. After all, most of them were my own treasures, now gone off to a new home.
All my items come from a smoke free home that we share with our two terriers, Keli Angel (a Westie) and Penelope Shea (a rescue Wauzer - Westie/Mini Schnauzer mix). They don't spend too much time in my sewing room, and I do my best to keep them out of the packages I am mailing, but I can't 100% guarantee there won't be a stray bit of pestie westie fur inside! I like to think of it as extra padding . . .
