Willy's Fantastic Records


My record collection began 30 years ago when I was in Brooklyn and heard Horace Andy's Zion Gate 12" Wackies version blaring out from a record shop on a side street in Bed Stuy. I had to have that record. The more Reggae I heard the more alluring it became, to the point of becoming a radio DJ and seeker of great records. I have also been fortunate to work as a DJ in San Francisco and Paris, France.

Now my record collection covers more territory including 80's & 90's hip-hop and rap, R&B, soul, jazz, Latin, Brazilian, African, and Carribean music. I have reached an age where it is time to let go of the music I have held dear for so long hoping another generation will keep the music flowing.
