My how the time flies! Here's a little about me...I grew up in North Carolina then spent several years traveling the globe courtesy of the US Air Force. I spent 3 years in Security Forces, 3 as a base historian & 2 more as a JAG Paralegal before entering culinary school with my eyes set on catering and being a personal chef. Then one day, life happened, as it does for everyone, and now my culinary dreams are on hold while my husband and I raise our family and I run the "Shoppe".
