Stained Glass Obsession


If it's glass and its stained then it's for me. First started about 15 years ago making Tereriums and then quickly moved on to Tiffany lamp shades and Windows. Made my first Tiffany lamp which was a pony Wisteria with over 1000 pieces of glass. Should have realised it was not a good one to start with. From then i thought anything with less pieces would be easy. How wrong can you be everyones a challenge. Sometimes wondering how i got into this in the first place. With cutting the glass difficult to grinding your thumbs until they bleed to solder running down your leg. Not one process of making a shade is easy. But it gets easier. And the results are worth while. Maybee it's just me but for some reason i seem to see stained glass in a different way to other people. Good job i'm not coloured blind.
