I have wanted my own boutique for many years- and my Purple Pistol is now that dream come true. Through Purple Pistol, I want to give my customers more than they are expecting by offering above average services and higher quality products. I want my customers to feel delighted to work with me and to buy from me. I am passionate about the items that I choose to sell- the travel items, the baby items, the lady's accessories, etc. I hand-pick items that I know I would enjoy, and hope my customers will as well. I am especially fond of vintage type items, and appreciate new items that are vintage inspired. One of my favorite past-times is antiquing with my mom and sister. I enjoy crafts, like making greeting cards and sewing, and attempting to creatively embellish my finds. I am also a makeup artist and free-lance for weddings and local fashion shows. I love to travel and am very interested in learning about different cultures and countries. I think there is nothing comparable to experiencing a new place firsthand. When it comes to my store, I'd say my dad is my main inspiration. He has been a successful business owner for over 10 years now. Having big dreams is something that we share, among many other things. A couple of things that stand out in my mind that I have learned from him are to make opportunities happen, don't just wait for them, even if there is some risk involved. He has also showed me that sometimes it is important to make sacrifices in order to gain strong and meaningful relationships with customers. I believe that relationships are the meaning of life. They are the only thing that can bring a long-lasting smile to your face :) I greatly appreciate the lasting support I consistently receive from my husband and family- encouraging me to follow my dreams. My family is the most important thing in my life. I grew up as the youngest of 4, and I have 9 nieces and nephews. After marrying my husband, Brian, I gained 3 more "siblings."
