RETURN POLICY 30 DAYS - Your satisfaction is very important. If not 100% satisfied with this item just return it within 30 days of the auction end or listing end date for a full refund. Please note it is the buyers responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs. Please email before returning any item and include the item number.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS - Please complete eBay checkout when paying for any item. Payment is expected Net 10 days.

SHIPPING INVOICE Please request an invoice in order to receive savings for combine shipping. All items ship 12-72hrs after receipt of payment. Shipping is by USPS with Delivery Confirmation unless otherwise noted. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

FEEDBACK - I normally leave feedback after payment is received or when the payment has cleared. When you get your item, examine it closely - and please email me if you have any problems or to give me your observations on this item. SHIPPING INSURANCE - Hopefully I will never have an item damaged but if it does occur and you purchased the optional insurance please follow & read these instructions thoroughly.

BEFORE you do ANYTHING else Save the Item, the Shipping Box, and Any/All Packing Material. Without that, the Post office will not even consider a claim. DO NOT return the item to me (yet) that will also negate any chance of a claim. As the receiver of the item you must start the claim process at your Post Office. Email me so I can fax or mail you a copy of the insurance receipt. Print out your eBay invoice. Then go to your Post Office with the Insurance Receipt, Invoice, Item, Shipping Box, and All Packing Material or call them to see exactly what is needed. Fill out their paperwork if required. The Post Office will investigate the claim and either approve or dis-approve it. Please note the Post Office will only refund the cost of the item, they do not refund your total cost for shipping & handling or insurance costs. Therefore if you want a total refund when you file the claim have the Post Office send me the shipper the payment, in that way I can refund your total payment. COMBINED SHIPPING - We automatically do our best to combine ship all items when ever practical in order to lower your shipping costs. Please request an invoice after making your purchases in order to immediately receive any savings for combine shipping.

UNPAID ITEM POLICY AND PROCEDURE - Payment is expected Net 10 days after the auction or listing ends. However if for some reason there is a problems in making payment within the allotted time just let us know. If there has not been any communication within 10 days and payment has not been received, a reminder invoice will be sent. If after 15 days there has been no response or communication from the buyer, we will begin to cancel the transaction using eBays unpaid item dispute procedure. This is required in order to relieve both buyer and seller of our obligations for the transaction. Please note that we do not wish to file any Unpaid Item Disputes with eBay but this process is required in order for eBay to refund our seller fees for the transaction. It also relieves us of our obligation for the transaction and allows us to re-list the item.
