Welcome to our "About
US" page. Our interest in
pencil sharpeners started a long time ago. My sister-in-law Anky had a great pencil
sharpener collection. Then when she married my brother Johan, he really fell in love with
Anky and "her" pencil sharpener collection. And the rest is HISTORY. Johan
and Anky live in The Netherlands. They live in a small town called Wassenaar.
It is just North of The Hague.
I (AJ-) live in Southern California, just
North of San Diego. At first I made a website about pencil sharpeners and eventually
Johan expanded this website greatly and now he is totally in charge of his website on
pencil sharpeners. This website contains nearly all metal pencil sharpeners available. It
is of a GREAT help to many avid collectors.
We have printed a Catalog of all
the die cast pencil sharpeners available. This catalog is available to
collectors at a nominal price (mostly for printing it professionally) Each
page is printed from a file. Our Catalog is called "Sharpenking Catalog" and
our numbers on ebay are the numbers from our catalog. (SK numbers)
