We are not a Business, we are Private Sellers. Items will be described as they are, so please read the descriptions carefully, any marks or damage on the item will be pointed out. If further information or photographs are required, please ask before bidding and we will do our best to accommodate. Where extra photographs are required, please provide an email address for use to send them to. They will be sent from an address called "shaunb51photographs", this is an address we use for sending only, so DO NOT REPLY TO IT, AS YOU WILL NOT GET A RESPONSE, use the "EMAIL THE SELLER" option on the item listing.
Items will not be removed due to offers being made via email, so there is no point in asking, they will be left to run the course of the auction. If they sell for less than the private offer, then it is my loss, I feel it only fair to all, to let the auction run it's course. Where items have RESERVES, the reserve will not be revealed, so again, there is no point in asking. IF AN ITEM LISTED IS ADVERTISED ELSEWHERE, IT WILL BE STATED IN THE AUCTION LISTING AND IN SUCH CASES CAN BE REMOVED WITHOUT WARNING. IF THE ITEM HAS A RESERVE AND THE RESERVE HAS BEEN MEET HOWEVER, IT WILL NOT BE REMOVED AND THE AUCTION WILL RUN IT'S COURSE.
Items will be sent once payment has cleared and on the subject of payment, we are quite flexible, Paypal is accepted but, cheque, postal order or cash by Recorded Delivery is preferred but, must be received within seven days of the item ending. If you intend to pay by means other than Paypal, please let us know before bidding has finished.
We post twice a week, that being Monday/Tuesday or Thursday/Friday, depending on our situation. We will not make one off trips to post items, due to distance to local Post Office and the transport costs involved. Items will be posted as part of our weekly routine. If you do not like this, then do not bid.
We offer postage discount but, generally ship to the UK only due to the cost of overseas shipping.....and always quote the best price...no hidden extras here. If you do intend to bid on more then one item, please let us know as we then wait until the items have finished, and obtain a combined postage price, which we will advise by invoice for payment.
Items will be sent by 2nd Class, Signed For, as this is a cheaper option, with delivery taking 3 -5 working days in most cases. If you require any other postage options, please ask before bidding and not after. However, the postage costs are based on items previously sent, so if the cost charged is too high, items will be sent 1st Class Recorded to compensate for the difference. The cost of postage includes the cost wrapping the items and and a little for our time and costs of getting to and from the local Post Office.
We offer a return policy on items when we have made a mistake in the listing,.... but it must be returned within 7 days as everything USED/SECOND HAND is tested before it leaves our hands, unless otherwise stated in the listing, and cannot be held responsible for items once they have gone into the postal system. Proof of Posting will always be obtained. The cost of returning the item is down to the buyer and will not be refunded, only the cost of the item purchased. We are Private Sellers and not a Business, so this is in line with standard Ebay policy.
