 Sam Houston Philatelics Inc. was established in the early 1970s in Houston, Texas by Bob Dumaine and a partner, who he bought-out a few years after incorporating.

 
The company has a Retail Store, employs ten, conducts Public, Mail, and eBay and Internet auctions regularly. Bob and Rita Dumaine are both Licensed and Bonded Auctioneers in the State of Texas, and members in good standing of major philatelic organizations. Both have served as Judges in the prestigious Federal Duck Stamp Contest, in addition to several State Federal Junior Duck Stamp contests. 
 
The company publishes newsletters, offers a new issue duck stamp service, graded stamps, postal history, supplies, and is customer-friendly. Sam Houston Duck Company is a 100%  division of SHP dedicated to duck and conservation stamps. Our staff is very courteous and knowledgeable, and will do their best to make your collecting experience a happy one!
