I have now been retired for four years. I have been a collector of QEII stamps most of my life and have an almost complete collection including Presentation Packs, First Day Covers, PHQs, Royal Mail Year Books, Prestige Booklets, Miniature Sheets, Benham Small Silks and have recently started to collect Posters. There are still some 'gaps' in my collection so I am still a 'buyer' on Ebay.
I used to buy 'job lots' at auctions and especially the Stanley Gibbons auctions. As I was still very busy working as a self-employed manufacturing consultant, most of these auction purchases were stored in my loft. Now that I am retired, I have had time to start sorting these out and find I have many duplicates.
I started to sell individual items on Ebay but soon realised it would take me many years to list all I have available. I therefore opened an Ebay Shop called 'Alexander's Stamp Shop' and currently have about thirty categories covering all types of QEII stamps:-
Presentation Packs, First Day Covers, PHQs Mint & FDI, Prestige Booklets, Royal Mail Year Books, Posters, Aerogrammes and many other items
