Hi, and welcome to my world! My name is Sheila and I've been an Ebay member since August of 1998 and have been selling on Ebay since March of 2007. I began by listing 35 paperback books -- and sold ONE. But I quickly learned and now I am completely addicted to selling!
I have a wonderful daughter, Sarah, one fantastic son-in-law, Patrick, and two beautiful granddaughters, Abigail and Natalie, who were born June 2007 and August 2008.
I work full-time outside the home and pretty much full-time as an Ebay seller. I try to treat my customers the way I like to be treated by being honest and dependable. If I make a mistake (and who hasn't?) I hope you give me a chance to make it right before leaving feedback. With communication, I believe any problem can be worked out with both sides satisfied. I strive very hard to give all my customers five-star service. If I fail in any area, again, please let me know before leaving feedback or dinging my stars.
I make it a point to ship every day except Sundays and holidays. If payment is received before noon (CST), I can usually ship the same day. I also try to leave feedback as soon as I ship your item. (Okay, sometimes I'm a little slow but I'm working on it!). When I have your item ready to ship, I send you an email letting you know exactly when and how it is being sent so you have an idea when to expect it.
I'm definitely not an expert, but I'll be glad to help new sellers any way I can. If I can't answer your question, hopefully I can direct you to someone who can.
