Due to the volume of listings that we have, we cannot always answer each question. We hope the following list of frequently asked questions will help. In some cases, we do answer questions, but only if we can be of specific help to your query. Additionally, we generally do not respond to emails during weekends and holidays. 1) How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs and terms are in our listing. We spare no expense in packaging each item very carefully.
2) Is the item authentic?
Yes. We guarantee that our items are as described in our listing. If you find otherwise, please return for a full refund.
3) If this is authentic, why is it starting at such a low price?
We sell many items for estates that must be liquidated, plus we know that low starting prices can draw in extra bidders.
4) What are the measurements?
We try to include dimensions of most items in the description. Or we often will include a 12 inch ruler in one of the photos to give the bidder a perspective of the size of the item.
5) Is there any damage to the item?
We strive to be accurate in our listings, and as such we will include an honest evaluation of any noticeable damage in the description.
6) May I have more photographs of the item?
Usually we do not provide additional photos.
7) What does NR mean?
NR stands for No Reserve. On most items we do not require a minimum amount to be bid before selling the item.
8) Can you end an auction early?
Sorry. We do not end auctions early.
9) What is your Buy It Now price?
Many of the items we sell do not have a Buy It Now price. The Buy It Now price is indicated in the listing when it is available.
10) I have a private account with a shipping carrier. Can you ship my purchase using my account?
Sorry. Due to the volume of shipping, we cannot honor individual requests for using a private account.
11) I would like to pick up my purchase to save shipping fees. Is that possible?
