Hi! My name is Sheri and I live in Iowa. I have been selling on eBay for 10 years now and I still love it! I enjoy helping people and giving excellent customer service is important to me.
I would like everyone to know that I do not charge a handling fee on the shipping amount. I never make a profit on shipping because I consider that wrong. If I have estimated too high on the shipping cost, I will refund the difference within 30 days after the item has shipped if it is off by more than $1.00. This has made lots of my customers very happy!
All items are shipped out as quickly as possible and usually within 36 hours of receiving payment. Please just let me know if you need your items shipped out immediatley and when your party is.
If you have any questions or concerns, please just email me and I will answer you within a couple of days.
