I cannot accept PayPal from non-U.S. buyers. Since International buyers cannot have their address confirmed with PayPal, they won't provide me with chargeback protection in case of a claim of credit card fraud or a non-shipment claim. Having a confirmed address is different than having your PayPal account being International Verified.

I became interested in X10 simply because I wanted an easy and effective way to turn the porch lights on from the driveway when coming home at night. Then I discovered X10 and was so impressed by it that I thought maybe I might be able to sell it. So I tried eBay and have had very good success in the auctions as noted in my eBay feedback profile. Check out my current auction listings. I will gladly combine your auction winnings and any products you would like to buy together to save you on shipping costs. My rule of business is to treat customers the way I would like to be treated if I were buying something. I am looking forward to doing business with you.

From time to time I do sell other items other than X10. I will have it stated in the auctions description as to if the item is new or used. All used products are sold as is with the understanding that the buyer is aware of the items condition since it is listed in the auction's description. I try to give an honest and complete description about the items I have up for auction. In many cases, I will test a used item to be sure of its condition.

I run a fair auction--I do not use secondary accounts to manipulate any prices in my auctions. In fact, I only have one eBay ID that I use for both selling and buying. I do report any underhanded dealings with any bidders/sellers who may manipulate my auctions prices to get an unfair advantage against other potential bidders. If you check my feedback you will see that I have one negative from an individual who used a secondary account to jack up the price so high as to prevent anyone else from bidding. Then at the last minute he withdrew his bid and "won" my auction at the lower price with his other account. I reported him and he is no longer a registered user--at least under that user ID. I run a fair auction--both buying and selling--so I do expect the same in return.
