Policy
All of my items are sold "as is", "all sales final", unless unintentionally misrepresented. I do my research on ebay and other internet sites to describe the items I sell to the best of my ability. I do not guarantee everything is correct. Sometimes I have been unsuccessful at finding the correct identity of items. I welcome emails from other ebay members to correct any information on my descriptions when entered incorrectly. And thank you very much. The items I sell are lightly used or minimally used unless otherwise stated. I do have new items from time to time and list them as such.
Mint condition: Items are new or in new condition. This will be described in "Item Description". All questions are welcome and encouraged.
Near mint condition: Items are used with next to no signs of use. No utinsel marks either gray or clear, no utinsel scratches. No breakage, no chips and no signs of pattern loss.
Excellent condition: Items are used, seldom have minute to no visable signs of gray metal marks; seldom but may have minute scratch marks not affecting the use of items. No chips, no cracks, no knicks and no discoloration. Glass items will have no crazing, no water marks and no etching.
Very good condition: Items are used, possible metal marks, minute to no gray metal marks from utinsels or rubbing on other metal items. No chips, no cracks, no knicks and no food discoloration. Glass items will have no crazing, no water marks and no etching.
Good condition: Items are used, may have metal marks, may have gray utinsel marks and or gray rubbing marks. No chips, no cracks, no knicks and minor to no food marks (food marks are routinely and usually removed, if any, prior to listing and rechecked prior to shipment. Glass items will have no crazing, no etching, may have minute to no water marks, (email with questions).
Fair condition: Very seldom if ever do I sell items in fair condition. These items will be described with flaws in the "Item Description".

Accepted payment methods are: PayPal or cash on pick up. PayPal is to be received by me within 3 days; other types of payment to be received by me within 10 days. Most packages are mailed within 24 hours business days of receiving payment. Saturday mailings are also available. If I am unable to mail a package within my designated time frame, I will contact the buyer. On the rare occasion that there is a dispute, I will work with the buyer to resolve any problems. I will not be responsible for lost items or breakage once a package has been posted. I offer insurance at your option. All items are packaged with the utmost care. A minimal fee is charged for packing materials.
Shipping Cost: I use eBay calculator for cost of shipping and handling. I have no control over what USPS or UPS charges for postage, therefore, please remember that when entering DSR's and feedback. If you feel postage is to high, contact me and I will recheck calculations.
