RETURN POLICY Shiana has a 30-day item inspection period and return policy for all products purchased. If the item is damaged, not as described, or otherwise unsatisfactory, we encourage you to contact us and send back the item for a full refund or replacement. We only ask that you tell us why the item was returned, so we may better serve you in the future. We also do not incur any additional costs on your part for restocking or replacing items. All shipping fees are exclusive of this agreement.   SHIPPING POLICY Items are shipped via Registered Thai Air Mail, insurance optional. REGISTERED AIR MAIL: Packages may take up to 4 -6 weeks to arrive. This factor, though occurs rarely, is unfortunately beyond our control. Insurance Insurance is completely optional though customers are only compensated for lost items if insurance is purchased.
