Payment
Paypal is the only method of payment that I will accept. If you are placing a special (custom order), payment is expected upfront. This is only to protect me from buyers who back out on bows that were made specifically to fit their needs & nothing personal. If you are purchasing a pre-made & ready to ship bow, your prompt payment is appreciated within 3 days of the sale date.
Shipping
I ship via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation (this protects myself, and my buyers & is included in the shipping cost). For those that need there bows in a hurry, every one of my listings has the priority mail option for an additional cost. This is recommended if you need your bows by a 'certain date', as I cannot be held responsible for a slow delivery on behalf of the USPS.
Refunds & Exchanges
I generally do NOT issue refunds, but if you have any issues with your bows, please contact me within 7 days of the purchase price & I will see that your bows are fixed OR you will be issued a store credit.

A little info about my bows:
*my bows are crafted to last - I hand wire all of my bows & try to use as little adhesive as possible. Unlike bows that are hot glued, my bows can take a bit of a beating & will last!
*please note that unless you purchase the actual "example bow", than your bow may differ slightly, as it is hard to exactly replicate a bow 100%.
*m2m MJ - Keeping with the tradition of Matilda Jane Clothing, I too like to keep my m2m bow designs 'unpredictable' & seldom will I re-create the same design twice. In this aspect, any m2m Matilda Jane bow you purchase from me is likely a one-of-a-kind original little piece of art. = )
*My turnaround for orders is usually no more than 15 days HOWEVER, my center maker (though highly talented) is usually always behind on her orders, therefore, please be prepared that you may be waiting up to 30 days (possibly longer).

A little bit about me I am a 27 year old SAHM mother of 5 little munchkins. I have 3 sons & twin daughters. After having 3 boys, I could not wait to shower my daughters with poofy dresses & lovely hairbows & hence my obsession grew! Always being creative, a good friend kept bugging me to try and make my own bows & so here I am! When trying to come up with a catchy name for my business, I decided to combine my daughters nick-names "Shibby" & "Lo-Lo" & hence, Shib-A-Low Bows was born! ~ ~ I love to shop for my kids!
