Some items we purchased from liquidation agencies, insolvent companies, and even privates. Some of these items are gifts that were never used. These deals are usually silent auctioned by a huge lot of items, so not everyone can just walk in and buy them. However, people sometimes do mistaken fake items for authentic items, so we are offering money back guarantee on our products.

We usually set most of our auctions private since some of our customers who doesn't want other knows what he/she has purchased via eBay (online). Especially for the hi-end designer items.

We also set our auction starting price low, they doesn't reflect the actual value of the item, just for attracting more views.

"Watch this item" is ONLY a tool to help you to remember the item , by our experience. It will not help you to WIN the item if you do not place a bid, so if you are really interested in the item, Bid it early! Don't miss them out.
RETURN, EXCHANGE

I am sorry but We do NOT accept returns unless it's our fault - wrong description, measurements and defective items.

We guaranteed that all our merchandise are 100% Authentic or your money back. Please do not email us regarding the item's authenticity. If you believe your item is not authentic, please send us proof in writing from a major retailer or the actual designer store. We will also require the name of the store manager in charge. We will not accept a salesperson's claim in regards to authenticity. Most Sales Personal are not qualified to make accurate decisions in regards to authenticity. We will issue a FULL refund once we receive the above information. Otherwise All sales are FINAL.

We offer exchange on defective product within 3 days when you get item. Non defective products are not refundable or exchange.

Please note shipping and handling is not refundable and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted. (it includes eBay and Paypal fees)

All returned items MUST HAVE orginal hardware and handle protective wraps attached and be in their original condition. All accessories (locks, straps, dustbags, tags, etc.) must be included and shipped back in original box. Buyer is also responsible for the shipping costs for sending back.

PAYMENT

Please do not bid if you do not intend to buy it!

Payment must be postmarked within 48 hours and received within 4 days of auction closing or you need to contact us otherwise we have no choice but file a non-paying bidder report (NBP) to eBay. If the payment is still MIA after another 4 days, we will file a final value credit request, which is permanently noted on your eBay record, and may suspend your account. We don't want to do that but we have to do to get back our eBay fee. Thank you for understanding.
