Shipping Policy
Please use the rate specified in the auction You're welcome to combine shipping & handling for multiple auctions won. Each additional auction quantity $2.99 extra.*** Combined shipping and handling charge IS ONLY ALLOWED IN ONE SINGLE PAYMENT. Separate payments are considered separate orders and will be charged full shipping NO EXCEPTIONS.
All shipments are made via US Postal Service either by regular airmail (3-5 days) or Priority Mail (2-3 days).

Return Policy
All sales are final. However, for utmost consumer satisfaction, our customer service department will assist you with your return considering the below:
/SPAN> Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be made at the time of the delivery. Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first TEN days of receipt.
/SPAN> All returns and exchanges on cell phone accessories must be received within 10 days starting from the day the customer received merchandise. No exceptions!
/SPAN> No Returns without our authorization.
/SPAN> RMA numbers are valid for 14 days after issuance with original packaging only.
/SPAN> A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returns and cancellations.
/SPAN> Shipping charges are nonrefundable. . |
