Please ask any questions before bidding. I try to be a VERY harsh critic on my daughters' clothing. I am too often disappointed lately with items I have won. I do not want disappoint my customers. Ebay is not my full time job, but it certainly is a fun and important part of my life. All sales are final, but if you are unhappy about something, I want to know about it and we can work it out. My goal is make all transactions a WIN-WIN auction! However, COMMUNICATION in the key to do this and I cannot do it alone. Paypal will send you a congratulatory email with totals immediately following auction.I typically do not send an email when your item is mailed since Paypal will, but if you would like to know the actual time and date it was mailed, just let me know. Payment is due within 7 days from the closing of the auction. If you need more time, you must email me first. I am a very flexible person, but believe that communication is a shared responsibility. I love to leave and receive positive feedback! Please let me know that you have received your items! Insurance is optional, as I will not be responsible for uninsured packages. All packages leaving my house will have delivery confirmation. I will leave feedback after you have done so for me. Why? I take the feedback system very seriously as a seller and bidder. Example: One time a bidder sent me cash for the auction. The next day the same cash came. She mailed me my payment twice! I immediately emailed her to tell her that she overpaid me and I would send the money with the dress. She was surprised that she made a mistake. I was surprised after I had left her feeback that she NEVER left it for me! See what I mean? Often times, I add matching bows and other items that were not in the original auction; I love to receive freebies too, so acknowledgement of this is appreciated. I truly appreciate your business!
