Kanvas wants to
make sure you're happy with each and every purchase. If you're not satisfied
with what you've bought, you can return it within 5 days for a full refund
less shipping costs. No questions asked, as long as the item's is unused and
in its original condition.
Domestic Return Policy
For your convenience, we
include a pre-paid merchandise return label in all packages shipped within the
continental United States.
* Complimentary Return Shipping: We offer complimentary return shipping if you
use our pre-paid return label and opt to return your merchandise for Kanvas
store credit.
* Low Return Shipping Fees: If you use our pre-paid return label and request a
refund, a return shipping fee in the amount of $7.95 will be deducted from your
refund.
* Use your Own Shipping Method: Of course you may use the shipping method of
your choice at your own expense (we strongly suggest using a traceable and
insured method of shipping). In this case, no return shipping fees will be
deducted from your refund.
* Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must obtain a Return
Authorization ("RA").

Allow 3 days (not including
delivery time) from when we accept your returned product for the processing of
your credit.
* We are
unable to refund our original shipping costs with the return.
* Footwear returns
will be accepted on unworn shoes with unmarked soles. We cannot accept shoes
that are returned without the original shoebox.

* All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the
assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws.

Kanvas
ships all orders via Fedex and USPS unless instructed otherwise. You will
receive confirmation of your order shipment and a tracking number once the order
is shipped.
