Who are we?

• We are 2 sisters (based in the US & Cebu City, Philipines) trying to make use of the great opportunities using the internet and of Ebay during our free time.
• The one in the USA is like your own PERSONAL SHOPPER Abroad who sought SALE items at high end department stores and outlets and pass these great finds in the US to our Filipino shoppers!
• The one in Cebu City is in-charge of inventory, shipping and payment collection and working a great deal in bringing you a hassle-free shopping experience online. For any questions, don't hesitate to email us.

What items do we usually sell?

• Women's handbags, wallets, shoes, perfume, cologne, clothing and many more ladies' accessories.
• Men's clothing, basketball jerseys, caps, perfume and other accessories.
• Baby clothing, shoes and other items.
• All our items are AUTHENTIC brand name items that came from the United States and carefully chosen and handpicked by ME (the one in the US) with the likes/dislikes of a Filipino shopper in mind.
• We do not sell fake, reproduction or imitation items. In all our listings, we state that these items came from the USA because they were! Some sellers couldn't put this claim on their listings because they know that their items might be bought somewhere else.

• Nine West, Liz Claiborne, Guess, OLD NAVY, GAP, EXPRESS, TOMMY HILFIGER, CALVIN KLEIN, DKNY, VICTORIA'S SECRET and many more.
• We can also accept requests for authentic COACH and DOONEY & BOURKE purses and wallets straight from the USA. Send us an email!

• FREE SHIPPING within Philippines on all BUY-IT-NOW purchase!!!

Do we accept special orders or wholesale requests?

• Yes! Just email us of what you are looking for and maybe we can look it up for you. Everything will be coursed thru Ebay for the protection of both buyer and seller. If you are interested for bulk purchases at wholesale pricing, let us know and we would like to coordinate with your business.

Now, for the not so fun but important auctions terms:

PAYMENT:
-Payment options include BPI deposit, GCASH, COD (for Cebu buyers)& PAYPAL for International buyers. -Payment arrangement must be communicated within 3 days from end of auction and payment must received within 5 days from end of auction. Account information will be emailed at the end of auction via the Ebay winning invoice. -DOOR-to-DOOR cash delivery can be arranged if BPI or GCASH is not available at your area but email us with regards to this request PRIOR to placing your bid. -PAYPAL payment to my US account is available for international bidders provided I will be notified before placing your bid.
SHIPMENT:
-Fixed shipping amount is listed on every auction. Please note that quoted SHIPPING RATE includes HANDLING and SHIPPING charges which not only covers the cost of shipping the item per se but also the packing and transportation costs we incurred when dropping off your items at the courier. -SHIPPING INSURANCE is NOT OFFERED unless you pay for it. -We give SHIPPING DISCOUNTS to multiple purchases, so buy MORE!!! -Items will be shipped usually within 24-48 hours after payment has been posted by the bank. -Tracking information will be provided via email or text if it's available. -Shipping couriers used are usually Air21, OCS & LBC.
REFUND or EXCHANGE
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! -REFUND is on a CASE-to-CASE basis and is given only to items if we have grossly misrepresented the items, e.g. descriptions are not true!
FEEDBACK
-We wait for our buyers to leave us a FEEDBACK first, to let us know that the item has arrived and the buyer is happy with the purchase or to EMAIL us if there is any problem with the purchase. -FEEDBACK you left for us will get a MIRROR IMAGE feedback from us. Meaning, we appreciate it if a positive feedback would be left for us for satisfactory transactions and we will post the same. Yet, a NEGATIVE feedback might happen if a solution to a problem is not satisfactory to both parties, so Negative Feedback is possible. -If a buyer is NOT SATISFIED with the purchase, please EMAIL US to settle the issue BEFORE leaving any negative feedback. Communication usually solves the problem! -NEGATIVE FEEDBACK will be left for non-paying bidders for sure and such bidder/buyer will be banned from all our auctions. -Leaving a feedback is very important for both buyers and sellers on Ebay. It builds CREDIBILITY but remember, whatever feedback you give CAN NOT BE REMOVED or ERASED! So go ahead for POSITIVE feedbacks but think twice esp. on NEGATIVE feedbacks.
HOW TO CONTACT US
-If you have any questions, please use the ASK THE SELLER A QUESTION on any our listings or CONTACT A MEMBER. We primarily communicate via EMAIL. We will try to answer your emails/queries within 24-48 hours possible. If you don't hear from us within that span of time, please understand that we might be having some problem. -Sometimes we do TEXT our buyers either via cellphone.. -Sometimes we also chat with our buyers at our YAHOO ID. If you are one of our regular buyers, you can add us to your buddy list.
