Items we sell do not
include any accessories. Power cords,
cables, ac adapters, CD’s, software, etc are not included.

A/C adapters may be available, please check our selection of
adaptors. Software & drivers should

Regardless
of shipping carrier selected, most of our items will ship DHL or U.S.P.S. at
our sole discretion. If the address is serviced by DHL, they will be used.
Shipments to P.O. Boxes will resort to an extra charge. Flat rate US shipping is valid for the continental US; for
Alaska, Hawaii
and all US
territories a surcharge will be applied.
Insurance
is not included in our rates DHL does include insurance up to $100usd,
additional insurance is optional, but recommended on items that have a value
greater then $100usd

International
Once
the payment has been processed we make every effort to get your order out
within one business day, we do observe all major US holidays. We are not responsible
for service transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier and
exclude weekends and holidays. These transit times are estimates only delivery
is not guaranteed within this time frame. Please be aware that transit times
vary, especially during peak periods. Tracking numbers will be provided and
sent the email address that you provide. Most of our items will ship DHL or
U.S.P.S. at our sole discretion.
International
packages will be declared for the full amount and correctly marked on customs
forms. Please do not ask us to cheat on customs forms.
Customs,
duties, and / or VAT taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer and are payable
upon delivery. The taxes are not included, and we have no information about it.
Delivery
times are only estimates. There may be additional delays due to local customs
requirements, which are beyond our control. Sometimes you local post office is
holding the items for customs and VAT taxes that are due.
On
the question 'Can you mark the item as a gift (with a lower actual price, etc…)
on the customs form?' We understand that you'd like to save on customs fees and
VAT taxes. Please realize, however, that falsifying customs forms is a Federal
offense here in the United States
. We will NOT falsify forms of this kind. We ship many packages on average
daily basis, and have been for some years. The risk to our integrity and losing
our business license is too high a price to pay. Below is information from the U.S.
Government dealing with fines:

knowingly violates or conspires to or attempts to violate the EAA, EAR, or any

not more than five times the value of the exports or reexports

to violate any provision of the EAA, the EAR, or any order or license issued thereunder, with knowledge that the exports involved will
be used for the benefit of, or that the destination or intended destination of
items involved is, any controlled country or any country to which exports or reexports are controlled for foreign policy purposes,
except in the case of an individual, shall be fined not more than five times
the value of the export or reexport involved or
$1,000,000, whichever is greater; and, in the case of an individual, shall be
fined not more than $250,000, or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.

Returns
Items
that are damaged in transit will be filed with the shipping carrier for
replacement. All returns are subject to our discretion. All customers must go
through our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request process with is
found by clicking the following link: https://checkout.kyozou.com/rma/rmalogin.aspx. items with N, A, or B (please see Condition
label section) condition are only available for return.
Items
that are damaged in transit need to be reported within 3 days of the item being
delivered. Claims reported to us after that date will not be honored. (Not our
policy, its that of the carrier)
Purchaser
is responsible for the return shipping and handling cost. The item must arrive
properly package for a return consideration damage items in transit will not be
covered by our return policy. We do recommend using a service that is
traceable. A 25% restocking fee will be asset for items found non-defective. We
do not guarantee compatibility with your system. Compatibility of any product
is the purchaser's responsibility. Please read the product ad carefully. All
specifications have been taken from the internet, therefore we do not warrant
the accuracy of this information. If you have questions, please contact
product's manufacturer before bidding. Again All Sales are Final, unless state
otherwise in the auction. If a product is found to be damaged or defective,
please fill out an RMA.
