We sell video games for most Japanese video game consoles. If you are looking for a game not listed in our eBay store, send us an email and we'll try to locate it and list it on eBay. Please check out our eBay Import Video Games Store for more details.
Your game system must have the ability to play Japanese video games. A Google search will help you find the answer to this question. We ONLY sell ORIGINAL Japanese video games.
You won't find copies or bootlegs here. All of our video games are tested before we ship them.
Our Terms of Service
*Please read our terms of service carefully before you place your bid. If you have any questions, please contact us or email us at ebay at mailorderjapan.com (To avoid spam, we avoid the real email address on ebay). 1. Successful bidders should receive an email from us within 24-48 hours of the auction's closing. If you do not receive an email from us, contact us at ebay at mailorderjapan.com with the subject header: Invoice request for auction # and the game's name.
2. Payment must be received within one week. If we do not receive payment by that time, the bid will be cancelled. 3. We only accept PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account and still want the item, contact us at ebay at mailorderjapan.com
Payment
We only accept Paypal payments from verified account holders.
In certain cases, if you don't have a PayPal account, we will accept cash in US Dollars/Euros, International Postal Money Orders from the US (only the pink ones), Eurogiro transfers, bid pay and Western Union in certain cases. If you are paying with any of these options, please contact us before you place your bid. *We do not accept bank checks or Canadian Postal money orders and other forms of payment.... Shipping
We have two shipping options, Regular Airmail and EMS/Express mail from Japan . Please choose what best suits your needs. All items worth over $75 will be shipped only with EMS .
Limited Edition games come with lots of extras and we have separate shipping info for those items. They are usually heavy.
Shipping for Asia will cost less but will cost more for Africa/South America

NOTE: A game that comes with CD set or 3 CD set will be considered 2 games or 3 games.
EMS This is express mail from Japan with insurance and tracking. If you would like the tracking number for your item, please let us know. Shipping by EMS can take from 3-10 days depending on your location.
Regular Airmail There is no insurance or tracking with regular Airmail. We've never had any complaints about this form of shipping. However, you are taking this option at your own risk and we won't be responsible if your item gets lost or damaged . Regular Airmail may take anywhere from 7-21 days or more depending on your location. *All Items are shipped within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays after the confirmation of your payment. However, on very rare occasions, it may take a day or two longer than our standard 72 hour shipping promise. We will inform you of possible delays. Games Condition
A game usually consists of a CD/Cartridge game, case/box, and a manual. Some games may come with a spine card. A spine card is just a cover for the black corner/spine of the CD case/box. It doesn't affect the game in any way.
