Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition within 7 business days after receipt. If the return is a result of our error, we'll pay the return shipping cost.

To return an item, just send us an e-mail with your order number and the reason for the return (item was damaged, you bought the wrong thing, etc.) and we'll get back to you ASAP. You must first contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number before sending your item(s) back. Failure to obtain an RA Number before returning your item(s) will cause additional cost and delay.
