Shipping:
We ship most of our items UPS Ground. Smaller and less expensive items are shipped though USPS Priority Mail. Please check the actual auction page to see which shipping method will be used for that item. If you would like to request a different shipping method, please email us and we will be happy to get you a quote.
UPS Ground shipments: The shipping charge for items shipped through UPS Ground is usually $12. This price covers the cost of shipping plus insurance and, when needed, signature confirmation. All items valued at over $250 require a signature upon delivery. This is done to protect us, the seller, and you, the buyer. WE DO NOT MAKE MONEY OFF OUR SHIPPING CHARGES! If you have a problem with the cost of shipping, please do not bid. We have no control over the ever-rising fees of UPS and the Postal Service.
USPS Priority Mail shipments: The shipping charges for items shipped through USPS Priority Mail are the exact rates that we pay at the post office, and are calculated using the USPS Shipping Calculator. These rates do not include tracking or insurance, so if you would like either of these options, please let us know and we will add that to your invoice. Once again, WE DO NOT MAKE MONEY OFF OUR SHIPPING CHARGES! If you have a problem with the cost of shipping, please do not bid. We have no control over the ever-rising fees of UPS and the Postal Service.
International shipments: We ship all international items through USPS Priority Mail International. The shipping cost listed on the auction page is the actual price that it costs us to ship that item. Priority Mail International is the cheapest shipping method for international shipments that includes a tracking number. We will not use any other shipping method as all international packages must be able to be tracked. WE DO NOT MAKE MONEY OFF OUR SHIPPING CHARGES! If you have a problem with the cost of shipping, please do not bid. We have no control over the ever-rising fees of UPS and the Postal Service.
Handling / Packaging: We do NOT have any hidden fees for handling or packaging supplies. Packaging supplies cost money, and that money comes out of our pockets, not yours.

When filling out Ebay's Detailed Seller Ratings in the feedback section, please keep the following in mind:
-
Be honest. Objective ratings help sellers improve performance and help future buyers accurately evaluate sellers.
-
Review the item title and description before rating the seller on the item as described.
-
Consider only business days when evaluating communication. Sellers don’t always check email on weekends and holidays.
-
When rating sellers on shipping time, rate the seller on the time it took them to mail the item, not the time it took you to receive the item. You shouldn’t hold sellers responsible for delays in mail services, international custom delays or for the time it took for your payment to clear.
-
When rating the seller on shipping and handling charges, remember that sellers may charge actual packaging materials costs and a reasonable handling fee to cover the seller’s time and direct costs associated with shipping. For international transactions, you may also be responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees as requested by country laws.
