Store Policies

SHIPPING:
We usually ship within 24 hours of payment (except on weekends) using the most appropriate method for the item. All our items are packed in the best packaging available to ensure safe delivery to your home. For your protection, all our packages have Delivery Confirmation, which may or may not provide tracking. USPS does not provide tracking. But we will send the customer a delivery notification as soon as the package is shipped. For your protection, our shipping system is mostly automated and uses your Paypal information to ship. Please be sure Paypal has your current shipping address, as changes after-the-fact cannot be guaranteed. SPECIAL NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL OR EXPEDITED (NEXT DAY, SECOND DAY, OVERNIGHT). PLEASE DO NOT BID/BUY OUR ITEMS IF YOU WILL REQUIRE ANY OF THESE SERVICES. Finally, free shipping offers DO NOT apply to shipments outside of the contiguous 48 US.

PAYMENT:
Be sure and complete Checkout regardless of the payment method you will be using. If you are having trouble paying us via Paypal, contact us via the "Ask A Question" link in the listing to arrange payment. If the item remains unpaid, we will send you two reminders within 30 days before we file for Unpaid Item. We appreciate your understanding.

RETURNS:
In order to keep our prices the lowest on the internet, we are very strict about returns. Before you purchase a part, be sure you are technically capable of diagnosing a faulty part (especially if it's an electrical part) or have someone qualified diagnose it for you - this is a strict qualification you'll need should you want to return a defective part. We are very fair, and if we make a mistake (For example: we send you the wrong part or give you the wrong part number for the model you provided us) we will go 200% out of our way to fix it and make it right. We will send you the correct part and we will pay for return shipping on the incorrect part both ways. If, however, you order the wrong electrical part and/or you install that part and it does not solve your problem, we will not take it back unless you can show the part is defective. If you refuse delivery of a part or a part is sent back to us marked as "refused" delivery, we will treat it as an unauthorized return and credit may not be issued. If credit is issued, delivery charges and 15% re-stocking charges will be deducted from the credit amount. If you feel that the part you purchased is "defective" our technicians will ask for proof of failure, since that is what the manufacturer requires for a warranty replacement. A simple "it does not work", will not suffice, we need to know exactly what component or part of the component failed. We may ask that you send us some documentation of the failure, and then we will send you a new part free of charge. You may not need to return the failed part. But if you cannot provide this evidence, we will not do a warranty exchange or refund for you.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A RETURN:

To apply for a return, please take the following steps:

1. Go to the listing of the item that you purchased.

2. Click on the "Ask a Question" link on the upper right hand side of the listing.

3. Go to the "returns" section and choose the condition that best describes your situation.

4. Send us an email from there with the required information. Our Customer Service department will take care of the rest.


FEEDBACK:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our system is set up to give feedback automatically upon receiving it from you. Before you leave a neutral or negative rating, please contact us to resolve any issues - we will do what's necessary within reason to solve the problem for you. Please DO NOT send us requests to leave you feedback. They will not be honored. If you desperately want positive feedback, all you have to do is give us positive feedback and our system will give you positive feedback... we promise. We believe feedback is voluntary, freely-given, and only the "icing" on the cake, not the sole reason to be in business.

FAQ:
Most of the questions you may have are covered in our listings or store policies. For any others, please use the "contact seller" link or the "email us" link in our listings. We answer our emails within 24 hours excluding weekends, and we can only answer emails directed via these methods. Because of the large amount of spam we receive, most unsolicited messages sent directly to any of our other email addresses usually get blocked by our spam filters and you probably will not get a response. Emails sent directly to one of our email addresses (including our Paypal address) will go unanswered.
