To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
Go see all current items for sale by this member. SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY Shipping Information Please allow 1-2 business days for all orders to be processed. Expedited orders will receive special attention but may still require 1-2 business days to be processed. Shipping Method We primarily ship via UPS, but we will, at our discretion, occasionally ship through the USPS. Whenever possible, all customers will be supplied with a tracking number. Shipping Times Shipping times vary. UPS Ground usually takes anywhere from 3-5 business days. USPS packages can take up to 1-2 weeks to be delivered. Expedited orders are usually shipped via Next Day delivery, but keep in mind that the 1-2 day order processing time still applies. If you need your item quickly and you are concerned with the shipping time, please contact us before you place your order. We will be glad to assist you in any way we can. Order Processing All orders are processed for shipment Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm only. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Drop Shipped Orders Drop shipped items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Extra shipping charges may apply. Promotions for Free Shipping do not apply towards drop ship items. Canceling Orders If you win an auction, you are expected to pay for your order within 3-7 business days. If not, we will request eBay to cancel the transaction so we can re-list the item. If you cannot pay for the item, or you simply changed your mind, that's OK. Just let us know so we can expedite the cancellation request. This request does not count against you and it will NOT negatively impact your account in any way. Unless otherwise specified in our listing, you have 30 days after receiving your order to return qualified merchandise. Certain restrictions apply. Please read below for details. Missed Shipments/Refused Shipments If you refuse shipment or you're not home at time of delivery and the package gets returned to our facility, you will not receive a refund. If you want us to ship it again, you will have to pay for shipping again. All products are sold as-is unless otherwise specified. If you receive a severely damaged package, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. (You will not be penalized for refusing damaged shipments.) If you were not able to refuse the package because it was left at your door, or you didn't notice the damage till after the fact, that is okay. You still need to contact us immediately so that we can start a damage claim with the courier. You have 72 hours after delivery to report a Damaged in Transit incident. Please retain the package in the state it arrived in for inspecition. Non-Defective Items / "Buyer's Remorse" Unless the product description says otherwise, if the "new" product you purchased is still in new, unused, unopened condition, we will accept a return. But there will be a 15% restock fee and you will need to pay for return shipping. Please fill out our RMA Request Form before you return anything. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Received Wrong Item It goes without saying that if you receive an item you did not order, we will replace or refund the order at no cost to you. Just contact us and we will take care of everything for you. Exchanges / Replacements We do not provide exchanges/replacements on eBay. Refunds In order for us to provide you with a refund, you need to return your product to us first. Unless we otherwise specify, shipping and handling is non-refundable. Non-Returnable Items We only accept returns for new, unopened products. We do not accept returns for the following items: Stickers, Viny Signs, T-Shirts and Other Apparel, Consumable Items (Pepper Sprays, Mace, Batteries, etc.), Software, Music CDs, Videos (VHS, DVD, Blu-Ray, VCD), Books, Comic Books, Magazines, and Instruction Manuals. We do make exceptions on occasion, but that is on a case-by-case basis. Some listings will also specify whether an item qualifies for a return or not. Used Items All used items are sold as-is. Unless otherwise specified, we do not accept returns on used items. If you have any questions regarding a certain used item, please contact us before you place your order. Please Note: No returns will be accepted without a copy of an Original Invoice Number, Invoice Date and RMA Number. To apply for an RMA, please fill out our RMA Request Form. Customers are responsible for return shipping. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS Delayed Orders We are not liable for any damages incurred as a result of a delayed order. Sometimes shipments get delayed and it is out of our control, so we recommend you order your products with enough time to allow for any possible delays. Safety and Liability Buyer assumes all liability directly or indirectly resulting from the use of any and all of the products sold on our eBay site. Self-Defense Products It should go without saying that children should NOT be allowed to handle any of our self-defense products, period.
