I was a late bloomer when it came to clothes and fashion, often insisting upon dressing in thrift store finds, much to my mother's dismay. But sometime during my college years, I became a clothes hound and everything had to be designer. By the age of twenty, I carried nothing but Coach, Fendi, Gucci, LV (the real stuff, not the swap meet variety!)...I considered them all "investments"...Now mind you, I was still in college and was living off of student loans and credit cards (a very lethal combination).
As I entered the workforce, this obsession increased tenfold, as I started sleeping on designer sheets and bathing with designer towels. My friends thought I was nuts...and they were right. Then I was introduced to a most wondrous creation - OUTLET MALLS!!! I would make weekly pilgramages to these bastions of discount fashion to feed my raging appetite.
Gradually I weaned myself off - with an occasional Prada or Versace bag here (if they were seriously discounted), or an Hermes scarf there...As I got older, an ever shrinking budget and ever expanding waistline, wreaked havoc on my obsession...Then I got a new computer and a digital camera and it was on!!! Ebay, watch out now! Now I can shop and make a little money from it...How perfect is that???
Ebay - the cure for the raging shopaholic! (Ebay please feel free to use that in your next ad campaign. I'll take 20% for any royalties!)
So Happy Bidding and I hope you enjoy my items! And remember, I leave feedback after you have confirmed the receipt of your item.
