Our company, Sound Investments Liquidators LLC (formally Sound Investments) (Ebay ID: si-liquidators) is a family ran business that has been in business since January 1992. We sell scratch and dent major home appliances, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, and various electronic items. We buy our appliances at a special discount because most are store floor samples (displays) or were returned because of freight damage (scratches and/or dents), customer exchanges or closeouts. In turn, we sell these at a special discounted price which saves you money. Some of our items sale for half the price of retail. All of our items go through an extensive testing process to make sure they are in good working condition. Our Warehouse is in Xenia, Ohio (note: we do not sell out of our warehouse). We sell all of our appliances on the weekends at Ceaser’s Creek Flea Market located at 7763 St. Rt. 73 West, Wilmington Ohio 45177.

Our return policy:  If item shows lack of full functionality, customer needs to email us and let us know of the problem. Customer has the responsibility for all inbound shipping charges. We will pay for all out bound charges back to customer. Customer returns will be replaced (exchanged) unless we don’t have a suitable replacement, then we will issue a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Pre-paid labels are available upon request.

If you have questions regarding your item, or if you feel that you have a problem with your item, please contact us for a resolution before leaving feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to have a fair transaction. If damage does occur to packages during shipment. We will help you file a claim if your item arrives damaged. If you leave a negative or neutral feedback before giving us an opportunity to have a fair transaction, we must consider the sale final.
