About SIANTIQUES You need to know that paypal immediately deducts payment from your account but they then take 4-5 working days to transfer the actual funds to our bank account so we cannot ship out until the funds actually are in our account. And that you need to have a confirmed address as well due to so many charge backs and continual fraud. Due to the changes that EBAY has chosen this past 6 months a huge number of sellers are going elsewhere, ebay is killing the goose that lays the golden egg for them. Ebay sellers are also buyers and when they go, then so goes 1/2 of ebay. Since sellers fees are the fuel that drive the ebay this then will cause ebay to cease to exist... This is a fact..... We receive an average of 10 emails a day that ebay calls spoofs, dishonest and fraudulent ...well, ebay is not safe and neither is PayPal, anything can and will be hacked, the frustrating thing is that ebay will not protect you so be forwarned, and they will certainly not protect the seller who pays all the fees to ebay... kinda like killing the goose who lays the golden egg. Ok , now I have vented about the service people who ebay employs. That said We are located in Redding California.. Please be advised the problem with PayPal is that there are so many *spoof* emails to ebay members who give out their information that is then used fraudulently, almost 2 out of every 5 [37% according to the Wall Street Journal] are fraud and the funds are reversed. As a seller we have no knowledge of any of your credit card etc information when you go through PayPal and have to be very careful as PayPal is not a bank and that is one of the reasons that PayPal continues to have so many class action lawsuits. I always send end of auction notices within a few hours (always within 24 hours) of
the auction ending through the ebay . But if you use AOL, SBC, Charter or MSN or other similar internet providers,
and do not receive an invoice from me,then your auto spam folder has captured my invoice to you, please use Ebay's checkout on the
auction page. My address and payment information is correct there. It is
getting very difficult to get emails to go through some services. PLEASE DO
NOT SEND ME ANGRY EMAILS, AS YOU CAN BE ASSURED I HAVE MADE EVERY EFFORT TO
COMMUNICATE WITH YOU, AND MY EMAILS ARE NOT GETTING THROUGH (including my
response to the angry ones). Unfortunately, there is just nothing that can
be done if Spam filters are set to ignore any of my messages as received.
Because we ship worldwide and in various quantities the actual shipping fees will not show up, please understand that it costs more in actual postal fees to ship clear across the country and worldwide.... we pass on actual fees, WE CANNOT DISCOUNT the postal fees........
Please use Ebay's checkout if you wish the item to show as paid on your "My
Ebay" page. For some reason it will not show up paid when using the direct
Paypal link.
