I am a Mom of 4 kids. Ages 12-5.
My background is in sales & marketing and the medical field.
I am very honest (I have to be... my mom is a pastor hehehehe)
and have good communication with my customers
which I feel is very important to a business.
So don't be upset if I e-mail you back & forth to get your order RIGHT!!!
I want to make sure my customers are HAPPY!!!
If something is wrong with your order please notify me first
and give me a chance to set things right BEFORE you leave feedback.
I am not a mind reader. I am human and we all make mistakes although
I try my very best not to.

Goals and Objectives

/SPAN>  Accurately describe the items up for sale.

Please estimate $1.35 for sales under $50 and $2.50 for up to $100.

Expectations from the buyer

/SPAN>  Read the auction fully, remember this is a legal and binding contract
you are signing when you place a bid or buy it now

/SPAN>  Make sure both your PayPal account and eBay account are up to date
with the correct e-mail and home/shipping address

/SPAN>  Adhere to the policies of the auction

/SPAN>  Treat me with respect

/SPAN>  Checkout: confirm your win within Days
from the close of our auction
using eBay's checkout system.

/SPAN> Pay within 3-5 days of the auction ending.

/SPAN> Notify me within 5 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase before
leaving feedback and give me appropriate time to work out a solution with you.

Completing the transaction:
Our transaction is not complete unless
I know you are satisfied with your purchase.

I always leave feedback, once you have notified me of your satisfaction or
FB has been left for me.
PLEASE do not leave neutral or negative feedback!!!
Contact me and hopefully we can work something out.
Anyone who leaves negative or neutral feedback without contact will
not be eligible for exchange or returns and will be added to my BBL (Blocked Bidders List).
Someday I might have an item that you want and cannot find anywhere else.
You will not be able to bid on it if you are on my BBL.

DO NOT bid on my item if you do not agree with my policies.

 

POLICIES

Payment:
I must receive payment by 3 business days from the end of auction if paying by PayPal
and 5 business days if paying by money order or the item(s) will
be re-listed and the appropriate feedback will be made,
unless you have contacted me and made other arrangements for payment.
I also reserve the right to cancel any bid due to negative feedback.

Checkout:

You must Checkout within 3 days using eBay's checkout system so that I know your payment
method and can get the package ready for shipment. If the shipping
charges come up incorrectly when checking out, notify me and I will send
you a new invoice. If you fail to confirm your win within 72 hours (3 days),
I reserve the right to declare the auction
VOID and
notify eBay that our transaction was not completed successfully.
I would imagine that since you bid on my item it was because you wanted it
and three days should be more then enough time to simply acknowledge your win
and let me know how you intend on paying for it...don't you agree?
 
Important Note:
Clear and prompt communications can usually avoid problems.
If you are going to go out of town and can't acknowledge a win,
then email me and let me know that, just in case you win.
Usually the person that gets the negative feedback
and doesn't deserve it is the person who fails to communicate properly with the seller.

 

Shipping:

The shipping & handling fee applied includes Post, Packing, and Handling, as per ebay's directive.
I do not ship internationally. I try to provide my customers with the least
expensive, fastest, and securest shipping method.
I will sometimes offer more than one shipping method
for my customers to save them on shipping.
Please be aware that the least expensive is not always
the best shipping method.
Example: I had a customer who purchased a video game
and I offered insured parcel post (manila envelope)
and insured Priority mail (box).
She chose the parcel post without insurance.
The game was fine but the game box was smashed.
She was disappointed as this was a gift
for her nephew and wanted it to look new
like she purchased it from the store.
She chose the cheaper shipping method and
did not purchase insurance.
I live in Ohio, she lives in Hawaii, that is a long trip for a small envelope.
I am not responsible for lost or broken
items if you do not purchase insurance.

Combined shipping-Although most items can be combined, some
items cannot be combined due to their size.
Please ask before placing a bid if I can combine
certain items together to save you on shipping.

 

Returns:

Unlike other sellers, my customers are extremely important to me.

I appreciate your business and value you as a customer.
I aim for complete customer satisfaction.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I want to hear about it.
Let me know if something is wrong
and I will do what I can to make it right.
You must tell me of your dissatisfaction within 5 days
upon receipt of the item.
Protect yourself, put insurance on the return item.
I am not responsible for lost/damaged returns
or any shipping and handling charges on any return
item or shipping out a new item.
If the item was misrepresented then I will pay for shipping out a
replacement if available. If there is an issue
with any item you won from me, send me an email
and by all means be courteous.
It is my nature to bend over backwards to help
any polite eBayers with any legitimate issues.
Be fair and I will do the same.

 

If you do not pay for the auction within the allotted time
I can take the following actions:

1.      File a NPB alert with eBay- in which case eBay can suspend your account if you get too many strikes.

2.      Request your contact information from eBay.

3.      Leave negative feedback.

4.      File complaint with your local authorities.

5.      File a complaint with the FTC and the (IC3) Internet Crime Complaint Center.

6.      In some cases draw up a lawsuit file.

Remember, I am an experienced eBay seller and I can find out what you have bid on and what you are bidding on right now so please don try to say you don have the money when I can see that you are currently bidding on other items.

Some of my buyers have feed me with excuses like : they didn have a way of getting a money order, they didn have the money right now because something came up,   someone else bid on the item for them, they bid before reading the contract (actual cases). If you have no way of getting a money order and you do not have a PayPal account then don bid on the item. If something came up, you should have already set aside the money that you bid on my item when you place the bid. There are 6 in my family that I have to provide for and I depend on my payments from my buyers. I also incur fees if you do not pay. When I bid on an item, I follow through because that is a legal contract I am signing and I expect my buyers to do the same. Some of my kids look up items on eBay and if they want to watch an item, I am right there to sign in to watch it then sign out immediately so that they cannot place bids. None of my kids know my password. When you place a bid on an auction you must use a password to place that bid. It is your responsibility as an eBay account holder to keep your password secure and to sign out so that others cannot use your account.

What do I do if my package does not arrive on time?

  1. Inform me that you have not yet received your package.
  2. Wait for a response from me telling you what action to take.

I do not work for the post office, or have a plane to fly your package to you

& hand it to you directly. I have no control over the post office. Please wait

the full amount of time before contacting me. For example: if the package was

shipped Priority Mail please wait 5 OPEN BUSINESS DAYS before contacting

me, if it was sent parcel post, media mail, or any other shipping method please

wait at least 14 business days before contacting me.

Or you can always go to your post office to check to see if they

have the package there. (see postal note below)

 

Unlike other sellers who only ship their items on certain days,

I do ship all of my items IMMEDIATELY upon receiving payment.

I will either ship that business day or the following business day.

If payment arrives on a Friday, I not always get to the post office

on a Saturday before Noon so I will ship the following business day.

I do not automatically add delivery confirmation or insurance unless

you have purchased them or they were stated in the auction that they

would be included.

 

 

POSTAL NOTE: Many times the post office will leave a blue note if the

package is at the post office and people who get this notice often

throw it away not knowing what it is or it gets misplaced. My suggestion

 is that you go to the post office and check to see if they have a

package for you. They have many packages left at the post office

that are undelivered. It is worth a try. There is also the possibility

of a neighbor picking up the package if it was placed on a doorstep.  

 

I DO ALWAYS keep my receipts of shipments, no matter

the method of shipping.

I keep these receipts until the buyer has notified me that they

have received the item and are satisfied. Yes, I will admit I am

a perfectionist but, I do this to CMA (Cover My A**). Yes,

even pastor daughters do swear sometimes.

So please don try to scam me saying that you never got your

shipment because I keep all my receipts. You can always

request a copy of your receipt from me and I can scan it &

send to you via e-mail.

Not receiving your item would only be your fault, not mine

since you did not purchase insurance and delivery confirmation.

 

SMART TIP** If you bid on any item on eBay and the seller

does not offer insurance or delivery confirmation on the item,

you can ask them to add insurance or delivery confirmation

BEFORE you pay for the item.
