I'm a stay at home mom who has been in the sign making and printing business for over 25 years. I started selling signs on ebay in 2003 on a dare. I had the idea that I could sell magnetic signs, and my boyfriend told me it was a stupid idea. He said "nobody's going to want to buy signs over the internet!" I told him to watch and see. Ebay got me started and within a year I had my own website, www.jerisigns.com, and have been selling signs online ever since.
I gave up selling on ebay in February '05 when they raised the price of a store subscription. I closed my doors and headed off into the world wide web on my own, never to look back. Ebay is just a playground for me now. I come here to buy, mostly, but I enjoy selling once in a while.
