Silver Across Borders has now been fully immersed in selling Old Pawn, vintage, early and new Native American jewelry for over 5 years and when I say immersed, I mean everything we do centers around it. We have studied and built a huge library of reference materials, attended shows, formed relationships with many of the Galleries, purchased a few large collections and earned the trust of old collectors that now wish to sell. Over 95% of the items we sell have NEVER been sold on eBay before. I do not believe the same could be said by very many eBay sellers of vintage Native American jewelry. We travel through the southwest which includes our annual 7 week summer trips to find these wonderful treasures. We buy from reputable dealers at shows and when on the road which means that our prices maybe a bit higher than others on eBay but you are guaranteed to get authentic and rare one of a kind pieces just like the ones you see in museums and being offered in galleries at twice the price.
So now we are ready to expand our business to go beyond eBay. For those of you who would like special attention or have special requests for exclusive old collector’s pieces, please email us and let us know. We are currently adding a form to our website at www.silveracrossborders.com where you can tell us your interests and sign up to receive emailed photographs if we find something that we think is right for you. We will also be showing at Native American arts and crafts events as well as antique shows in California and Arizona with possibly a few in New Mexico and Colorado. Be sure to keep up to date with where we will be and when so that you can come see us. We will post a calendar of events on our website at www.silveracrossborders.com. Please allow us a little time to get rolling on this but we are planning to be up and running no later than Sept. 2009. EBay sales have been our main focus and we will remain our top priority.
